MotoGP: Rossi unsure of participation in Mugello race

Following Valentino Rossi's motocross accident earlier, he will need to pass a fitness test by the medical team at Mugello to qualify for participation in the race. 

This is a little contrary to the tone of the releases by Yamaha earlier, which sounded positive. However, they didn't mention his participation in the Mugello MotoGP race, so we can only assume that they were waiting and watching. He has also pulled out of the Thursday press conference, and instead opted for a much shorter press briefing by himself. 

Rossi's medical checkup will be conducted today, and we'll bring you updates as soon as possible.
