DSK Benelli has finally introduced anti-lock braking system (ABS) on the TNT 600i and the TNT 600GT. The company unveiled these models at the ongoing 2016 Auto Expo.
The company decided to equip these two models with this safety system due to their overall sales in the country and also for the fact that they are high displacement motorcycles. This ABS system was developed by the Benelli engineers at their facility in Italy.
The Benelli bikes have been doing really well in the Indian market, but there were few customers who had the ABS as their priority. Due to this, some of them stayed away from the Italian brand. However, Benelli took these feedback and developed the system.
DSK Benelli will launch the TNT 600i ABS and the TNT 600GT in the next couple of months. However, expect a price increase of close to Rs 30,000 for both the models.
