The Yamaha Aerox 155 has been updated for 2022 and introduced in the Indonesian market. Although, we can expect an update for the India-spec version only later this year.
Nonetheless, the 2022 Yamaha Aerox 155 gets six new colours as part of the update. The ABS version is adorned in two colours- Matte Black Gold and Matte White Gold. On the other hand, the ‘Connected’ version receives four new paint options. There is Matte Black Cyan, Dark Grey Yellow, Black with Red highlights and Red with contrasting Black bodywork.
However, apart from the swanky new colour options, the Yamaha Aerox 155 remains the same are largely similar to the India-spec model. It comes powered by a 155cc, liquid-cooled engine with VVA tech- similar to the R15. Unlike the motorcycle, the Aerox’s engine is mated to a CVT and churns out 15bhp.
And as mentioned above, it comes in two variants in Indonesia. Whereas in India, we get the Aerox 155 with ABS as well as Bluetooth connectivity as standard.
