1)no after-sale service even within the warranty period
2)no response from the dealer as well as states company head
3) low-quality fibre body not suitable for Indian roads
4)battery replaced after 4 months
5)charger replaced after 2 weeks
6)even after mailing to the company's mail address & complaining to the customer care number over call, there is no response
7)people are getting cheated by these types of unknown new brands who are just experimenting with their customer's money
Facing problems from day 1
I feel so embarrassed when it stops in the middle of the road & is too dangerous
It stops at least 15 times for a ride of 8 km.
8)I would recommend people to go for big brands like hero bajaj tvs ather.

Don't buy this, waste of money, the riding is very horrible, looking glass broken in just 2 days, cheap quality products, the service is zero, and maintenance is high, 10000 rupees in just 3 months extra pay, don't buy this product.

It's switch got damaged in 1 month and in 5 months it's metre got damaged and it costs me 2000 saying that it is not considered under warranty. It's totally waste of money and time don't buy joy bike instead add some money and go for Bajaj chetak . They is no comfort while riding this bike. It's totally waste and they are cheating customer by selling this china product
