Worst experience ever had in TVS Sarur Showroom, I bought a new bike within 10 days and did start. It was repaired again within 2 days starting the problem. Left for servicing again did start in the showroom. The manager talks rudely with no manner of behaving, their talk is very irresponsible. Simply harassing the customer.

TVs Jupiter look is good but their sales and service are more than worst .. when you visit the service station they will assign a person they will make a long bill and they bill to make a bill of approx 12000 and if you are denied we don't want this thing they will cut everything in angry mode and they will do nothing and make the scooty hell you have to do the servicing again. I wanted to use the service centre for my scooty service whenever I go they will make the bill of 12000 .. @tvs you guys it makes sense your worst service centre is okha service center ..
The employee just wants to fool people
I am again planning to buy a new bike and I like Apache and raider their look and technology but due to their service centre, I am going with another brand.

In kadapa worst service, If the company can't provide the service they should close all the service centers. Worse experience I had with Tvs and never wanted to buy the product from the company. Before it, I was using Honda Activa and in six years never had complained about anything. Please arrange good spare parts.

The buying experience is also very good for Rajpoot tvs dealer riding experience this is very fast this scooty looks and performance is also very good service maintenance charges are the lowest of this scooty this scooty top speed is 90km per hour and the mileage is 50Km this is also very good, thanks to tvs company.

I have been thinking about purchasing this bike based on the reviews and I personally have been using TVS vehicles for the past 15 years and am a satisfied customer in terms of service and the quality and commitment of the TVS brand to innovate and maintain quality. Once you become part of TVS you will start loving it in this segment and I can say in any variant of TVS.

The best scooty for a daily commute and mileage and pickup is very fast and top speed 85+ Best scooty in India tvs jupiter very fast I have ridden scooty 3 years better and good experience low maintenance cost very low this scooty offers front and rear same size tyre and offer charging port and offer Best led light and good mileage in city and highway.

Purchased 1st Moped in a Family having very Good Experience after Purchasing with a Good Leg area and Seating Capacity Smooth Handling and a good space and well, The Riding Experience was very good, it Looks very Good, the Performance is Excellent, the Servicing is very Easy, having low Maintenance.

I have no words to tell just an awesome scooty with extreme comfort you just buy it best mileage in the segment services are cheap nice braking good speed 🚅 best handling and smoothness is awesome 👍 and awesome looks awesome road performance and the wheel size is also big, pickup is unbelievable 0 - 60 in just 10 seconds.

In less than 2400km front wheel shock absorber was found oil leaking
The dealer accepted abt defective oil seal Got it serviced but he charged me for the seal & hydraulic oil
Why? What's the user's fault in ..
Or shall I say buying TVS Jupiter is not a correct decision?
I complain to TVS call centre.. but no proper response.
