Its a comfort riding on road. Need a work on Suspension. Its spacious, mileage is also good. TVS smartxconnect display options are limited, can add some more features to it. Overall this bike is good can expect more features in the future. Colour options are limited; need more colour variants. Balancing is also good at top speed.

Don't buy TVS Jupiter 125 model, body parts are not available in the market.I have the dual-tone model of the TVS Jupiter 125. My scooter had an accident in October. Since then, I have been to all the service centres in Kolkata. Everywhere they are saying the same thing — the company has not made any body parts for the TVS Jupiter 125 available in the market. I am taking a risk with my life and still riding the scooter in this condition. So please think twice before buying it.

The design and ergonomic of the scooter is very good, which enable great handling.
The performance is adequate.
Milage is good.
But the maintenance is very high and not reliable, have changed the boot lock multiple time.
Front brake was stuck which almost led to an accident,
Due to wiring issue it started acceleration on its own.
Build quality is very bad, have to repair something or other on regular basis.
Servicing and maintenance is very expensive if you are doing it from the authorised service center.
After using it for over 4 years now, won't recommend it to anyone.
TVS customer care is a joke.
There are lot better options.

I have an issue with tvs jupiter 125, and I am also facing the same problem in my TVS Jupiter. Whenever I give service, telling them the problem, they are unable to rectify it. i am continuously facing vibration and tak sound in the rear wheel while raising the accelerator I'm waiting for long time to take vehicle to writing job cad no one came at around 10am
And he trial to vehicle and discuss with someone
Even he not listening my vehicle problem
