"THE CITY BIKE" this title suits best for this vehicle. Smooth ride in traffic conditions. Design, range, and charge time are good when compared to other similar electric vehicles. I would definitely recommend this vehicle for daily commuters with riding range up to 90 km/ day. Go for it, guys and save tons of money from monthly petrol expenses.

My experience with TVSiQube was extremely disappointing. The service quality and professionalism were far below expectations. Promises were made but never fulfilled, and communication was poor throughout the process. Despite repeated follow-ups, there was no proper resolution or accountability. I wouldn’t recommend this company until they seriously improve their customer service, transparency, and reliability.

Good staff to guide the features of the vehicle and I did test ride the very good comfortable space on the sitting position, speed is good and can handle the brake system easily. Speed is nice and pickup is awesome. There are two modes one is power and eco. I prefer eco in traffic and I got good mileage on

Buying the TVS iQube was the biggest mistake I’ve ever made. The scooter might look good, but the maintenance and repair costs are unbelievably high. Even for minor issues, the service center charges a huge amount — and half the time, they don’t even fix the problem properly.The service centers are the worst part. The staff are untrained, careless, and never have the required spare parts in stock. You’ll end up visiting multiple times for the same issue, wasting both time and money. Customer support is useless — they just give excuses or tell you to “wait for updates.”I’m extremely disappointed with TVS. If you’re thinking about buying the iQube, don’t! It’s not worth the constant repairs, poor service, and endless frustration.

Be ready to buy another vehicle, after warranty period it will go to scrap. After warranty period one by one parts will get repaired, you can't afford. If afford too it's very costly not guaranteed for 1 month too. it's a dead vehicle. So think before buying 3 years or 50000 km warranty is not enough. Beware, they don't give extended warranty.

TVS Iqube 3.5 kwh ride experience is so good and but it price is very high. Running is so smooth like petrol scooter but it's service is not so much better compared than petrol bike or scooter . Company works on service and parts availability. On major causes is it's rare back number plate side build quality is so poor.

Don't buy this, you will repent. Very poor service, technicians at the service centre are inexperienced. If there is a problem in your vehicle, especially the motor and batteries, your scooter will be deposited at the service centre. Then they will place the order for the spare part, which will come from Chennai, which takes at least 20-25 days. till then, you will be without a vehicle. There is a warranty of 50000 km for 3 years on the battery. Suppose after 35000 km of running, your battery dies. You will get a replacement which will last for say 5000 kms, then it will become dead. Then again, they will replace it with a battery that will last another 5-6000 kms and then become dead, again the battery would be replaced, which would run for 5000 kms and be dead, by this time your warranty will be over. They are providing replacement batteries that are substandard or reconditioned, which are inferior to the original batteries that come with the scooter. The company is a big cheat. Never buy a TVS Iqube

Very bad service so many problems are there with this vehicle , wheel band , battery issue , biggest problem is service , 2-2 months tak number nahi aataa , two times battery kharab ho gai change karne me 2-3 months , 2 years bhi nahi hue hai 4-5 times wheel band 2 times battery issue , two month se scooty band padi hai , 1 month baad service centre le jane ka number aaya ab 20 days ho gaye battery nahi hai bol kar rakh rakhi wahi
