The scooter has not yet completed 15000km and 3 years of buying it
And deadly working, it is not working after 60% charge; don’t know the reason.
It suddenly stopped while driving the scooter mid-road. After charging to 100%, the scooter stopped in the middle of the road at 60 per cent charge. What nonsense is this? I complained, and I didn’t get the assistance. Are these the battery issues? I need the money back. I haven’t driven it for 15000km; it is less than that.

They provide you toy which can run for 1/2 months then after you have to round company garage again and again for service which will took place for 4 months to a year they not provide other vehicle when they are taking too long time like a half year to repair or change then how 1 vehicle owner manage to it and not safe for girls because it will shut down in the way and many girls stuck in the way and no ways to start it again and other major complain of handle lock so you unable to move after it will get shut down automatically when battery is full charge

Too much sound in the body
No warranty and guarantee by the company

If you purchase today and sell tomorrow nobody's going to take it in 10k, so resale value is totally zero

Ola service is very expensive, and repairs take more than 6 months. How will people depend on this vehicle? They purchase it with hard-earned money, and they are unable to buy another one if it stays in the garage for more than 6 or 8 months.
At the service centre, when you go back for your scooter, they sell parts like the mirror cap, side guards, footstep, tyres, wheel seats, etc. Nothing remains the same.
The behaviour of other company managers is also very bad.
They talk as if they are the king of the company. If you are not providing service time and again, at least be polite.
No drinking water is available in 48-degree temperature. If possible, I will review for all 1 out of 100 on this, and no insurance claims for this, because they are telling you that you have to pay everything. In our policy, plastic parts are not covered.
