I purchased a 3502+tecpac in early 2025, as soon as it launched.
Usage: I use it in Bangalore suburbs where there is not too much traffic often. I mainly go short distances (usually round trip 10-15km) and always use sports mode. I mainly use it to buy grocery and other daily chores and ride without pillion.
Build and hardware: The scooter looks good with main body (below and around seat) and front piece (below the headlight and controls) feel like metal, whereas mudguard and other parts seem to be of fiber. I didnt have any problem with the control buttons. There is no boot light. The opened seat doesnt close slowly enough for me to conveniently unload my grocery.
Notable features: 1. Good boot space for my grocery. 2. It automatically shifts to sports mode when you accelerate hard and more power is needed. 3. It also downrates power when charge is low, and can even go at very low power after main battery reaches 0%.
Personal range experience: I ALWAYS ride in sports mode and try to hit 60s and above whenever i can, which gives me a significantly less range (around 70-80km) and very unreliable displayed range. Surely it'll be better on Eco. Acceleration not punchy but not bad either as it's designed for city use, and i think families. Brakes seem good, never had a problem till date.
Tecpac: i think Bajaj has forgotten R&D in the hurry to launch an EV with connectivity features. It's been almost a year but my tecpac (₹5000) is still not fully activated no matter what the technicians do. I think it's a manufacturing defect and nobody at my dealership knows how to fix it. The Chetak app on my phone doesnt show any features and always shows subscription 'inactive'. The app itself has a rating of 2.0 on play store at the time of writing. I just paid for the tecpac for the sports mode and didnt really need any other features (definitely not the useless hill hold that gets accidentally triggered and lasts 3sec). Combined with one untrained, unprofessional sales staff member, the tecpac experience (except sports mode) wasted hours of my time going back and forth to the service center, and i still have not a single connectivity feature, no self cancelling indicators. Additonally, I was asked to (paid) service it once every 3-4 regardless of km driven, which doesn't make sense.

Verdict: Good scooter for city use without tech features. I would've purchased 3503 if it didnt have only 63kmph top speed.

I purchased Bajaj Chetak EV 10 months ago and at the time of selling sales executive told me the battery warranty was 5 years covered... but now suffering some issue about starting the scooter... and now his service executive told 2nd small battery is not working and have just 9 month warranty so I have paid for the same... I am not satisfied and do not recommend purchasing this two wheeler...

I bought 3502 EV chetak from KVR Nilambur dealer by 1st week of March 2025 .The price is about 1.47 lakhs. The initial warranty is 30000 km or 3 years whichever comes first. But from second service itself I am trapped. Range shows around 13 kms in full charge. But actual kms I get approx 60 kms. Totally i have run 10000 kms in 6 months period. Now battery is weak and booked for replacement. Now I have to wait for atleast a month to get the issue resolved. But this 1 month waiting period wouldn't be extended for warranty period!
New battery price around 93000.
I feel I have been cheated!

I charge the battery 80 percent and bike average shows 117km but physically its only giving 74 km and I stopped in road, so please check this problem my home is 25km long so my problem is very harmful and no charging station in near by me.
