Like price, Mobile charging point and cup holders etc. overall product is good and need centre stand scooter is missing one of the drawbacks. Build quality is good and some accessories should give for compliment.

Ather Rizta scooter looks very nice and is more comfortable than other electric scooters.I’ve been riding the Ather Rizta S 2.9 variant for several months now, and it is genuinely an incredible, family-focused electric scooter. If you are looking for a practical, comfortable, and reliable daily commuter, this base variant makes an absolute ton of sense for everyday city riding. First off, the seating comfort is completely unmatched in this segment. The 900mm long seat easily accommodates two adults without ever feeling cramped. My pillion riders absolutely love the relaxed, upright posture. Furthermore, the 34-litre under-seat storage is a total lifesaver, easily holding my groceries and a full-face helmet. In terms of performance, the 2.9 kWh battery provides a realistic city range of about 80 km in Zip mode. While the Smart Eco mode gets me around 100 km/h. I prefer the responsive punch of Zip mode for daily traffic. The scooter handles smoothly, and the build quality is top-notch compared to rivals like the TVS iQube r/INDIANBIKES. However, it is not entirely flawless. The primary drawback is the charging time; a full charge using the standard charger takes about 8 hours, so you definitely need to plan your trips carefully. Additionally, I’ve noticed some mild squeaky belt noise, which is a common quirk in Ather scooters. It doesn’t affect performance, but it can be a bit annoying. Despite these minor inconveniences, the Ather Rizta S 2.9 is a highly reliable, cost-effective option for the whole family. The ride quality is unbelievably smooth, and you never feel fatigued, even after long commutes. The peace of mind provided by the [8-year battery warranty].

I have been using this bike for a year, and it is quite good. It doesn't require much maintenance, although taking it to the service centre for servicing takes a lot of time. Yes, the charger did malfunction once; the company replaced it, but I had to bear the shipping costs myself. Apart from that, everything else is going well.

This electric scooter is really amazing first of all real mono shocks. Super heavy duty and the reliability is stronger than that of competitors. I haven't heard any negative news about this scooter, and mostly this is a family scooter, so all of our family members can use this scooter. The seats are big and comfortable. If we wanna go for a long drive, I can go without hesitation.

I buy ather and the overall experience is very good.I ride 40 km daily and have no issue with the scooty, overall good experience.. I enjoy ride daily with green fuel. I prefer to buy scooty this s compare to ola or other scooty. Overall style and look is very dashy and good I like the scooty, even my family like it

The range is not at all good, and the Service Manager from Rasoolpura is so arrogant and rude In service, they will not check anything So kindly plan for an alternative EV scooty or bike because after spending 1.4L to 1.9L, they are providing only 130 range Before purchasing this EV scooty, think 10 times and buy it.

I have been using this bike for a year, and it is quite good. It doesn't require much maintenance, although taking it to the service centre for servicing takes a lot of time. Yes, the charger did malfunction once; the company replaced it, but I had to bear the shipping costs myself. Apart from that, everything else is going well.

In the first six monthe its gone for 4 time in agency for repair. They keep on changing parts. Kept my scooter for 2-3 days every time. Making excuses. 4rth time said pls leave your scooter here for repair again. I took back this scooter and it's been standing in parking from last 10 days.I didn't buy this scooter for the company's experiments. Got absent in office for many times in first half due to this bill shit scooter.Rs.162000 was taken after too many promises. All gone in loss.

No service - Sales executive misguide customer

Ather Rizta is a good vehicle to ride, but the after-sales service is very bad. Totally discourteous and ill-mannered behaviour. All paid services, and that too on completion of 5k kms. Such hidden clauses are not disclosed prior to purchase. It was said that if the battery is charged fully, then the vehicle will move 100 km, but this is fake. It hardly rides up to 60 kms. The sales executive said that if the vehicle is not in use, it will not affect the battery charging, but this is false. The charging gets down automatically. A kind request to get all details prior to purchase. Also, go through all customer reviews. Their customer care executives fail to solve the problems and issues that we face.
