I feel good after ride and comfortable . Mileage is good and features are good I had to purchase a scooter for me and my family and it was going to be the first vehicle in our family so but obvious the most reliable choice was Activa, as its a Honda. My parents are quite aged and the stability this scooter provides they could also rideActiva was my first choice for my home because it is more useful than a bike and is used in everyday life. It makes any work inside or outside the house easier and it offers more space than a bike and is also more comfortable.

I'm writing this review after driving more than 30000 km. Overall, very good experience as compared to Jupiter and access. I'll always choose Activa. Activa has very good driving stability. When you start driving this scooty, you feel confident and this is most important thing when someone start driving they should be confident.

Lighting is very bad, the signal light, no horn sound, the boot space is very small, and the opening mechanism is very bad.The petrol opening mechanism is very bad.I request the higher authority to look into the above problems and take necessary action, as it is very dangerous for the opposite and the back vehicle As I have been using these scooters for 20years.

The performance of this scooter is top-notch, and the comfort of the seat is also good. The mileage is perfect, but the downside is that it is a limited edition, so the spare parts are also limited and not available everywhere. They usually need to be ordered, which can increase service time. Another issue is that it is more expensive than the H-Smart model, and it doesn't come with Bluetooth or any other advanced features. However, its OBD and disc brakes are quite good. One day, while riding this scooter, my hand accidentally slipped on the accelerator, and unfortunately, the floor mat area of the scooter got fully damaged. Thankfully, I only sustained a few minor injuries.

It was my first scooty, brought it (11-January, 2023, It was a gift to my father) for my father but he never learnt how to ride, So I started using completely but after arround 18000 KM, Suddenly it went off, It was diwali day (Diwali 2024, to celebrate Diwali . scooty didn't start, I had to use another vehicle to bring back it to home. I cannot even have a word, how emotionally scar it left on me) I will never forget that day. After that I have visited several times agency, service centre to fix it but it been more than one years, Now I have buy a vehicle as I cannot trust this scooty even for a second. I have felt so many embarassing and struggled so much because of this scooty. I would suggest if you buy this scooty, Keep you money in you pocket always as it can be break down anywhere anytime, always have a second vehicle ready and always use your second vehicle in emergency situation (You can in photo that it is completely broke down). Good Luck.

They can't arrange parts and The service experience is absolutely third class.

My Activa is parked at Malwa Honda service centre ,basai road , Gurugram for the last 2 months but they are not able to make the parts available till now. I have been calling the service center manager for the last two months but he is not picking my call . And every time I go to the service center they always say that your parts is in the order.

New design poor than old model or tvs Jupiter I have bad experience seat is too short ground clearance is very low just like a baby scooty mileage is also very bad. I think 20-25 first time I purchased an activa but my experience I am not happy with buying and my decision to buy was wrong. New activa only for students and girls but the mileage is very low.

There was an abnormal sound from the rear gearbox of my scooty in Jun 25. I went to the Honda service centre in Kotdwar. Firstly, they asked for the charges for the faulty part, but when I told them about the warranty on the transmission system, they asked for an approach after 01 July. When I raised an online complaint, they made a video of that abnormal sound, but to date no further progress in this regard. I feel these service centres are just making a fool of the customer.

They behave very well during shopping, but later when you go for service, they throw a lot of tantrums. I haven't even had it for a year, and the scooter has faced many problems. While riding, there is bubbling in the tire, and when I got it serviced recently, oil was leaking. They provide very poor service. Activa is just in name; the rear tire is very small.
