Is it the best value for money? Yes, if you prioritise features and storage. It offers a more modern riding experience and better utility than the Activa.
No, if you prioritise resale value and long-term (10+ years) engine "bulletproof-ness," where Honda still holds a slight edge.
In my opinion i find it is a good in-city ride with a decent performance and average mileage of 40-45. If your age is 18-40, you can easily ride 150 km without getting any irritation and performance glitch. where in above 41 age everyday ride and city ride up and down around 50 would be give better results on the basis of performance, comfort, storage etc.

I’ve been using the TVS Jupiter 110 Disc variant for the last few months, mainly for city commuting and family use. If I have to describe this scooter in one line – it’s not flashy, but it is built for real life.
The 110 cc engine is smooth, silent, and refined. It may not have the sudden pick-up of sporty scooters like NTorq or Dio, but for normal riding in city traffic, the power delivery is linear and comfortable.
The Eco/Power mode indicator is actually useful – I get better mileage when I pay attention to it.
Good for:
City cruising, Slow traffic handling, Elderly or family members (easy to operate)
Not ideal for: Speed lovers or highway enthusiasts – this scooter is meant for calm riding.
Mileage
On average, I am getting around 50–55 kmpl in mixed usage, which I feel is fair for this category. Drive responsibly and avoid speed bursts, and this scooter will reward you. The fuel tank capacity and external fill are super convenient – no need to open the seat every time.
Ride Quality & Comfort
Where Jupiter wins strongly is in comfort, Suspension is soft, suitable for Indian roads, The front telescopic forks absorb bumps quite well, The seat is wide and comfortable for both rider and pillion, Footboard space is generous – carrying small luggage or groceries is easy, Small detail, but I appreciate how TVS has not compromised practicality for style.
Since I purchased the disc variant, braking confidence is noticeably better.The looks are simple, elegant, and mature. It’s clearly built with long-term utility in mind rather than sporty appeal. The plastics feel durable and well-fitted – no vibrations or rattling so far.
Regular service cost is reasonable. TVS service centers are easily available, and parts are not expensive. No major issues so far, only basic servicing.

Cons:
Instrument console looks outdated compared to today’s semi-digital scooters
Acceleration feels slow for overtakes
No significant “premium feel” in styling
If your priority is family usage, comfort, mileage, reliability, and low maintenance, the TVS Jupiter 110 Disc is a very sensible choice

I ride about 8500km+, since the very first, I got a mileage of around 30kmpl. I have a complaint about my dealer, along with the service centre, they gave assurance that BS6 model Scooters give proper mileage after 1st - 2nd Service.
I agreed 2nd service, still I was still not satisfied with the mileage, it was still about 29kmpl.
I always filled the petrol tank at the school; around 4.5 litres of fuel went into the tank, which cost me around ₹480. With the i could only go about 110 to 120 km, then I have to refuel again.
After highlighting this manner time in the service centre, I never got a proper resolution.
Don't buy this scooter, instead buy for Burgman 125 or the Activa.

The body's outer border finishing is ridiculous. When I do body cleaning, it gives a cut on my finger due to the unfinished body. I earn body finishing from Honda Activa. Only loved for mileage. The service centre is worse all over Gujarat. I think the design team is absolutely amazing.

I bought a scooter on April 2024
The ECG part has broken within one and a half year, I had given it for repair in Aviva service center on 4 sep 2025, till now they are not repairing the scooter. I have a very bad experience buying a scooter from Aviva. They are giving very bad service to the customer, so the name of TVS company will be damaged.
