TVS Jupiter 110CC is always the best segment scooter, and sales are superb; however, the service experience at the TVS Shelar Dhankawadi workshop has been very bad. The only 1 thing I did, not like is that the TVS Jupiter's brakes do not work in urgent situations. Please do something in combi breaking system & brakes doesn't work in urgent.

The worst bike ever

I purchased a Jupiter 125 Cc bike in Feb 2024. In a matter of 8 months, I started to face a battery issue and the bike would not start at all but still, TVS Ulsoor Branch would not service properly. I would highly recommend people not to purchase this bike. The bike is ridden by a lady and despite their so-called pathetic services their bike would not ride or start properly but each time they would say it is done correctly. I very much feel they have sold some junk piece which was thrown in their junkyard. Please don't buy Jupiter bikes and their service is the worst of all.

It's been barely 2 months passed by I bought a TVS Jupiter two-wheeler in Dushera on 12th October. I got its number plate after 1 month. It was working good till last week I had to go out station for a week and after I came back and was just not able to start it. tried contacting it's service centre. But in vain initially nobody picked up and then number got busy. Tried today numbers at the service center and showroom both were switched off. what's the use of buying after paying such a heavy amount. Highly displeased. also, its working hours are not feasible. So have to wait probably till next week end or specially Take a leave and go there personally for this issue to get sorted.

Within 2 weeks and 150km, I faced self not working due to an ECU problem, the dealer was not capable of identifying the problem, they took 1 week to identify the problem and now ordered the ECU part waiting for one week, many times sent a mail, called customer care no use, customer care is just to attend the call, no use, don't waste your time and hard-earned money, don't purchase TVS.

Buy A TVS Jupiter, Very bad experience from TVS or TVS Dealer KTL Private Limited Kanpur. Poor Service provider KTL. After-sale service is not better than other companies such as Suzuki. TVS does not have a good mechanic or employee. Not educated manager and Customer care Services are very bad, my money waste to buy tvs Jupiter.

Worst starter. I have Jupiter and N-Troq. Both vehicles are having the same challenge. Most of the time, it has to be kick-started. On the roadside also, I have seen customers with Jupiter struggling with starters.Another challenge is Key breaking. Half the key got struck while opening the petrol tank.Very pathetic condition for their customers and should be looked into.
