It's overall a balanced scooty. quite affordable, stylish, and lightweight, its good features like it won't turn on unless the stand is removed, and it has a light for the boot and phone charging, but it does have certain cons such as less floorboard space, poor suspension compared to Jupiter and access 2020 model and it tends to vibrate a lot at higher speeds. Rest its light weight giving an advantage for easy flexibility. if your budget is around 60 and want a lightweight scooty with those extra features go for it else extend your budget more and consider other models from Hero like Maestro or access from Suzuki or activa.

Very disappointed with the irritating sound from the silencer pipe. The engine automatically stops when the vehicle gets slow. Self-start problem. Already replaced the switch 3 times in the showroom. The showroom not accepting online payment which is very disappointing. Better to go for other options in place of pleasure.

The company and its dealership offered a good buying experience (in Kanpur). All the procedures were formally and efficiently done. After riding Hero Pleasure Plus for more than a year, about 3 days a week, and using it for commuting for around 11 kilometers, I can say that the scooter has offered an average riding experience. It is suitable for people with low height, and who prefer to ride lightweight vehicles.The looks of the scooter are very simple, and it feels just normal to look at it. It can be termed similar to Access 125, but Access can be seen as having a more "retro" with a stylish look and hence gaining the upper point. The scooter's performance can be rated 2 out of 5, since my scooter, emits more noise when it accelerates. Moreover, vibrations are felt evidently at a speed of 40 kmph and above.However, for servicing, the company doesn't fail. It offers a widespread reach to its customers, and the maintenance cost is also low. The pros of this scooter include its mileage (50-55 kmpl), and lightweight dress, which makes it more accessible for low-height people. However, the performance is lacking, and it's a major con. The vibrations felt may interfere with an efficient and comfortable riding experience.

Recently I bought this vehicle from MRG hero. on very next day vehicle is getting off while slowing down and fuel indicator also malfunction. Regarding this I gave my vehicle to 2 different service center and still now they are unable to resolve my complaint. base on this i mailed to hero motor unfortunately they too keep quit. So my suggestion please use public transport instead of wasting money by believing their values.
