This scooter is a gem, and I have never seen a beautifully loaded scooter like this.Very wonderful scooter it is, when I drive it on the road, it works very smoothly, and the pillion also feels safe. Speed is very good.The driver's seat is very comfortable, and the grip of the handle is awesome. This scooter is good to have.

My Hero Xoom developed a serious fuel misfire issue, and to make matters worse, the headlight shuts off while riding, which is extremely dangerous. The scooter broke down after just 200 km and then remained stuck at the service center for over a month. The check engine light was on.The showroom had completely washed its hands off the issue, claiming no responsibility, and Hero MotoCorp Management, the board and it's investor relations has not responded at all. During this time, Hero has effectively used my scooter as an R&D/testing vehicle, riding it for 300+ km, while I have suffered the loss of time, money, and peace of mind.I have already filed a grievance with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH), yet not a single call or follow-up has come from Hero’s management to understand the problem or offer assistance.This experience shows a complete lack of quality control, accountability, and customer support. Please think twice before purchasing the Hero Xoom.

I recently purchased the Hero Xoom, and I’m really happy with my decision. The scooter has a stylish design and feels premium on the road. The pickup is smooth, and the ride quality is comfortable even on longer rides. Mileage is also quite good compared to other scooters in this segment. Features like a digital speedometer, good storage space, and smooth handling make it very practical for daily use. Overall, Hero Xoom is a perfect combination of performance, comfort and style. Highly recommended.
