Still complaints charging issue and anti theft mood complaint and over jerking and very poor quality shocks and when i call to service center and ask my problems they said just come to service center and we will check. They can't come to address or my location to fix this. My home and service center distance 25 km

    1. such a good promotion and promise to customers to sell the bike
    2. good but the back person little bit uncomfortable in riding
    3. looks ok but the performance little bit down
    4 .worst service in the Indian market, even marketing and service managers not responsible and not respond 😑 to the customer problems
    5.pros:- bdlc motor good in vehicle 👍
    Cons:-1. height issues for small persons
    2. cheap parts replaced in the service side at the service time and more paying from the customers but the same issue repeating
    3. digital meter not working properly
    4.kms economy not showing in digital display
    5. Footrest not available for second-person
    6. selling time promises are thrown in river and asking money each and every part
    7 worst product quality and low level of material used in the making the vehicle
    8 distributors wrong commitment to customers
    9 good services in the market automatically sales in the market 👎

    Don't buy this scooty waste of money and low build quality am using this scooty service center people also not responding to my scooty battery is a problem. The showroom is closed, I am contacting the Telangana distributor they have said no service for the batteries. Don't purchase, they are only selling these bikes with no response to customers.

    I purchased it to have an eco and budget-friendly vehicle. I wanted to have a smooth experience for my daily ride. However, the vehicle is causing so much trouble. Every day there is one or the other problem. And the charges for the service are too high. The service is pathetic. No response no help and takes weeks and months to repair it that to on such a way that it again gives the same and in fact more issues after a few days. I would not recommend anyone to buy it as this is the worst decision of my life

    When I serviced my scooty there after service
    I asked this company owner from only
    50 rs. Discount...
    The suddenly he remove key from scooty..
    My scooty service bill 1300.rs.
    I paid 1250..I ask friendly for 50 rs. Discount. That time there owner very badly behavior with me
    And this owner remove key from my scooty...
    They told me if you never pay 50. Rupees
    We will never give your scooty key 🔑
    There service is very third class
    I told everyone for this
    company service
    I never recommended to buy Benling any products

    Easy purchase, better riding experience, good looking and performance, good service and maintenance, soft behavior of shop owner when contacting any problems regarding the scooter, back side modification may be good for more good looking, the key, start key button, horn needs to be more quality, need more features to be added to next generation.

    Worst vehicle, don't waste your money. The service center is not properly doing and also the service technician is not picking up calls. So many problems I found switches are not working properly.No in space to keep the helmet. So I am saying go for other electric bikes one service technician was the worst fellow not picking up the phone.

    Worst experience showroom & service center both closed for permanent.
    skip china's brands and go to big brands that can stay/active in the market to better assistance of customers.
    After one year of indicators, switch/gear/lamp switch everything not working. The key sensor also poor battery is good enough. The battery is jumping while driving.

    Low weight, poor shock, low-quality material used for accesories, battery problem, charging problem, poor quality service etc. This vehicle is not worth your payment. This vehicle is ok for only very smooth surface roads at a minimum speed of below 50. Beware sudden brake. Very limited no of service centers and inefficient service persons.

    I bought this scooter with good intentions but no proper service and miss behave with customers and bad quality materials I used this scooter only 6 months I went repair for 15 times because of bad quality don't buy this electric scooter the worst experience I have used this bike no service o customer feedback.

    First of all buying experience was quite good, the staff was very good no problem. But when I was there for a test ride and see the bike first they didn't give me a test ride. Just the person in the showroom was riding and I was a seat behind him, I didn't get a chance to ride. Then I bought the bike after that I noticed that the height was a little higher. Then I noticed the material used was a third class it was like very cheap fiber. The major issue with its suspension, is that suspension is like there was no suspension. It sounds and gets vibrated even on very small bad roads. Also, there is nothing on its screen, only battery percentage, and speed showing on the screen. It was a bad experience with that bike. We get a lot of good options in the market now.

The showroom is closed, I am contacting the Telangana distributor they have said no service for the batteries. Don't purchase, they are only selling these bikes with no response to customers.

  • Pathetic Service

    I purchased it to have an eco and budget-friendly vehicle. I wanted to have a smooth experience for my daily ride. However, the vehicle is causing so much trouble. Every day there is one or the other problem. And the charges for the service are too high. The service is pathetic. No response no help and takes weeks and months to repair it that to on such a way that it again gives the same and in fact more issues after a few days. I would not recommend anyone to buy it as this is the worst decision of my life

    I asked this company owner from only
    50 rs. Discount...
    The suddenly he remove key from scooty..
    My scooty service bill 1300.rs.
    I paid 1250..I ask friendly for 50 rs. Discount. That time there owner very badly behavior with me
    And this owner remove key from my scooty...
    They told me if you never pay 50. Rupees
    We will never give your scooty key 🔑
    There service is very third class
    I told everyone for this
    company service
    I never recommended to buy Benling any products

    Easy purchase, better riding experience, good looking and performance, good service and maintenance, soft behavior of shop owner when contacting any problems regarding the scooter, back side modification may be good for more good looking, the key, start key button, horn needs to be more quality, need more features to be added to next generation.

    Worst vehicle, don't waste your money. The service center is not properly doing and also the service technician is not picking up calls. So many problems I found switches are not working properly.No in space to keep the helmet. So I am saying go for other electric bikes one service technician was the worst fellow not picking up the phone.

    Worst experience showroom & service center both closed for permanent.
    skip china's brands and go to big brands that can stay/active in the market to better assistance of customers.
    After one year of indicators, switch/gear/lamp switch everything not working. The key sensor also poor battery is good enough. The battery is jumping while driving.

  • Poor quality material and service

    Low weight, poor shock, low-quality material used for accesories, battery problem, charging problem, poor quality service etc. This vehicle is not worth your payment. This vehicle is ok for only very smooth surface roads at a minimum speed of below 50. Beware sudden brake. Very limited no of service centers and inefficient service persons.

  • Don't waste money

    First of all buying experience was quite good, the staff was very good no problem. But when I was there for a test ride and see the bike first they didn't give me a test ride. Just the person in the showroom was riding and I was a seat behind him, I didn't get a chance to ride. Then I bought the bike after that I noticed that the height was a little higher. Then I noticed the material used was a third class it was like very cheap fiber. The major issue with its suspension, is that suspension is like there was no suspension. It sounds and gets vibrated even on very small bad roads. Also, there is nothing on its screen, only battery percentage, and speed showing on the screen. It was a bad experience with that bike. We get a lot of good options in the market now.
