Hero Electric Optima CX price in Thiruvananthapuram

1. It's a poor plastic bike.
2. No proper service from Hero after purchasing.
3. No spares will be available.
4. Lights and switches will also not be available in service centers. You need to wait for months.
5. If the vehicle gets wet in the rain, Switches and lights will not work properly.
6. There are no proper service centers in Hyderabad for Hero bikes.
7. I am staying in a village; after ORR, there are no street lights while going to my village. I have been waiting for a switch change for the last 3 months. So far, they haven't changed the switch. It's very difficult for me to ride the bike without a light at night. I'm carrying the torch light along with me and managing with that.
---Don't buy this kind of bike, spend a little extra and go for the bikes that will provide better quality. I spent around 1 lack for this bike. Now I feel like I have wasted 1 lack.

I selected my OPTIMA 2.0 after a test drive from Niya E-Bikes Thiruvananthapuram at Pallichal and I am very happy with my scooter and overall experience. The most beautiful thing is it's a no-maintenance cost vehicle simply enjoying the ride, took only 4 days for delivery at the Trivandrum showroom.

Compare to all top ev brands, hero electric has the option of what actually need by the customer.. Primarily it comes under 1 lakh budget with decent speed and range... I feel hero electric and ampere Magnus will fulfill the requirements of 90% of customers. Only 10 % of people will require the modern and latest infotainment etc.
