Worst scooter. Save your money

Worst ever scooter. I would say the former edition of the maestro is much better than the edge. Starting problems occur most of the time and the service centers are more worsen than the scooter. They assure us that they'll make it right but when this year started, I had given this scooter 4 times to them and till now the problem isn't solved.

I am happy after buying this scooter and fully satisfy. Service done after 2500 km and all parts is good and service cost is also low compare to other scooters and riding performance is also awesome. I am so happy after buying this scooter....

Performance is good. Suspension quality is great on highways and even on the city and rough roads.
Servicing experience is good but my local service center is not giving customer satisfaction.
Maintaining the vehicle is way more compatible than other scooters..
It gives a good mileage 45 km/l in the city....
The brake quality is good but also better....

4. Maintainace cost is very high
5. Low quality fiber used , completely a bad quality scooty.

It's been more than 3 years, I am using this vehicle. To be honest build quality is not up to the mark. There are cracks here and there due to poor fiber quality. Riding experience is good, could have been better. About performance, initially it was giving mileage upto 35-40, but now, it's worst. Its mileage is 20-25kmpl. Hero bikes are well known for mileage but in this case it's opposite. It's maintenance cost is high. Lot of problems with bike equipment in short duration especially vibrations, key lock and unlock, engine oil leakage, indicators, parking light and headlight etc. Hero is not providing good service facilities as they used to do before. They are not taking any responsibilities it was worst experience.
Ride quality is good and feels comfortable but regarding performance, body parts and service I would not suggest this bike.
