Very bad service. I took this 1 month ago, but it took 20 days to give me insurance (that is when you go to the showroom and ask them for reasons) and 24 days for the number plate. And now it's been more than a month, but still, other issues have not been resolved, like wallet or factory mode messages on the screen. The salesperson is useless; they just tell you it's better you take bikes from other showrooms. Don't expect help from their customer care; they are more pathetic than this. Performance is also not up to the mark. The range is not more than 70-75 km for a double seat in eco mode.Try to avoid it and go for Chetak or Ola.

This scooter is best because it is having the aluminium frame. Alongside, no other vehicles' build quality is better than Ather. The belt mechanism with the battery and motor protection with aluminum jacket works as the temperature jacket.The service team never disappoint the customers when they faces difficulty with Ather journey. In simple words their service is appreciable.

It was very nice from booking to order also service was quite good not expected, it is a beast in terms of performance and mileage is also good best build quality if compared to other EV's specially ola. Loved it thanks ather. There is one of the best companies with good scooters. The bike has many advantages and even disadvantages. I've discovered they are used for 1 year. Easy to ride, stylish, and low maintenance.
