Very overpriced.
The reason for preferring electric bikes rather than petrol bikes is to save money on maintenance.
But u can buy a scooty at 80k-90k.
And the rest can be put into fuel expenses.
Coming to the brand I went to nagole branch at hyderabad.
Went to buy at spot booking.
Even though executives are not at all responding. Only 2 members are managing the showroom.
They come up with the scripted one word and 5 mins sir will be back and roam here and der but make you wait atleast 30-45 mins to respond to your turn.
Coming to the prices
Ather x 3rd gen 1 lakh 67 thousand.
Ather plus 1 lakh 48 thousand.
Full of drawbacks.
Get ready to pay 8k -10k additional apart from the above-mentioned price. Here is how.
1st of all price was fixed they won't give any kind of discount, not even 1 rs.
And then if you go with a loan emi installment they will loot you after the time of all paperwork is done.
The bank guy will ask you to pay
2% of your loan as
Processing fees i.E (2k - 3.5k) +
Documentation fees (3500)
(don't know what the hell documentation fees are while you paying for processing fees already)
Also, insurance for a loan if a person will die this loan covers the price rs 2500
No free servicing you need to pay rs 750 for every 5000 kms
Only one helmet and only white color will give as complementary.
The ladies' footrest costs rs 2300.

Don't ever purchase this scooter. I purchased it 6 months back, 2 times the belt has broken and the cost of the belt is 3000k.
Service is worst. I over and above had left my scooter for servicing at their experience center, my new charger was stolen by the employee over there. I was asking them for it but at the start, they told me that we will provide me with a new charger later they were saying that it was not our fault it was not stolen by our person.
Please do not purchase this scooter. It's my personal advice because I am fed up with the kind of service I am receiving after purchasing such an expensive scooter.

If ever I have an issue with a scooter there is no proper customer complaint portal just ai based support which is pathetic, and the service center is horrible no proper response within 24-48 hours how can a common man be so troubled that he starts hating the company on the second day of the purchase. Please look forward to a quicker response from the company.

I bought a scooter from Ather 2-3 months back and it has run just 2500 kms and having issue in the scooter and it is completely dead not working at all. The company cant even identify whats the fault and not giving any response for last 2 months. They aren't picking up the calls as well or giving a proper reply even at the showroom Tiwari ji and at the service station Vishal bhai too if we call they switch off their cell phones. So genuinely I’m not satisfied having an Ather electric scooter its just a waste Didn’t expect this from Ather. regretting after buying Ather 450x

Please don't buy Ather their service is really bad, one of the problems I am facing is charger gets stuck in the vehicle and doesn't come out at all, I have called customer care they said a technician will visit before coming technician will call you and so on but no technician will call or visit, you have to make a number of calls, the charger is tuck in the vehicle from past 2 days and technician is yet to visit my place, this is the 5th call for customer care nonsense service, please don't go for Ather. they are highly priced you will get better EV.

I have 450x generation 2. The buying experience was pretty smooth, I got delivery in 20 days. I ride daily around 50 to 60km. Using smart eco you can get a range between 85 and 105km. In myself max I have achieved 101km. Warp mode and sport mode are unbelievable fast. The first service cost was around 600rs. The charging time is 4.5hrs.

look at our quality no excuse, There is no problem in riding either, and the fit is better than other scooters, robbing in the name of service, Ather belt is available in the market for around Rs 800-1000, which we have to purchase for Rs 3800, Brake shoe is available in the market for around Rs 180-600, it has to be purchased for Rs 1200, The noise in the belt keeps on changing the belt, instead of spraying it, the noise in the belt seems to be banded, it is the biggest mistake of our ridiculous service, it's only been 12 months, I have spent Rs 8000 to 10000 on everything I got. It means that I bought another to save money but it was better to take a petrol bike then it turned out that I made a big mistake in buying another.
