after that you get your scooter it almost takes 1 month for all this. Riding is ok not so comfortable. Look wise as all scooters no special thing to mention. Performance ok as the battery drains fast while riding double seat. Worst experience ever when you buy they don't tell that when your scooter broke it will take almost one and half month to get it to repair as service center don't have spare parts of your scooter, at time of sale they say, sir, the service center is just behind the showroom you will get service very fast,

No pros only cons- none of the features the specified is working. More than 10 times I called customer care. But they don't even know anything. They simply cut your call stating that the concern team would call but no call from anyone till now. Despite the collected 1000 bugs for the software update, we are not able to access any of the software
