    Suzuki is a great company and their vehicles usually offer excellent mileage, but I recently purchased the 2026 Access model—I bought it just this past May. I am facing issues; I am getting a mileage of only 34 kmpl, and the scooter vibrates excessively. I have taken it to the service center twice, but they just say it is fine, even though the vibration is severe. They claim this is normal behavior for the vehicle. They aren't offering a solution or providing a proper response; they just insist that it is supposed to be this way. If possible, I won't buy any Suzuki bike or scooter in the future, and the service center's service is not good either.

    Suggestion for all buyers: please don't waste your time on confusion. What's the best scooter? I suggest that all of you buy this Suzuki Access 125; it's the perfect scooter for this generation and the next.
