Revolt Motors has launched a new online tracking system for its customers in India. Through this functionality, people who have already booked one of Revolt electric motorcycles can now track the status of their order.
The new feature is called VOLT – Vehicle Online Tracking which is intended to provide visibility to customers about their booked vehicle. After booking either the Revolt RV 400 or the RV300, one can check the level at which their electric motorcycle has reached, from production to delivery. This can be done by clicking on the ‘Track Your Revolt’ button on the company’s official website after entering the booking ID or registered mobile number of the buyer.
The introduction of VOLT is a part of Revolt’s attempt to provide a completely digital zero-contact booking and delivery experience to its customers. Notably, this is the first time we are witnessing a two-wheeler maker rolling out an order tracking feature. Until now, we have seen this from shopping websites like Flipkart and food ordering platforms such as Swiggy and Zomato. Furthermore, Revolt is also working on speeding up its production to fulfil the robust demand.
Owing to the recent revisions in the FAME II policy, the Revolt RV 400 has also become Rs 28,000 more affordable with a new price tag of Rs 90,799. Moreover, buyers in Gujarat can save up to Rs 68,000 on buying the electric motorcycle courtesy of the new state-level policy.
