Owning Aprilia and Vespa scooters have become easier now as Piaggio has announced a new leasing program for these products. The Italian brand has introduced the scheme in association with OTO Capital and it is available only in Pune and Bangalore as of now.
Under this new program, a customer can buy a Vespa or Aprilia scooter by paying a low down payment while they are also entitled to a 30 per cent discount on monthly installments. Notably, the company is waiving off up to Rs 2,500 on the first month’s subscription fee. While the customer can opt to own the scooter at the end of the lease tenure, they also have the facility to return it any time during this period. Moreover, buyers also get to upgrade to a more premium Aprilia or Vespa scooter with the same monthly EMI. The leasing process is easy and paperless as it can be done through the OTO mobile app.
Considering the fact that Vespa and Aprilia offerings are some of the most expensive scooters available in India, the new leasing program will prove profoundly beneficial for those who wish to own these premium products. In other news, Piaggio has updated its entire portfolio by rolling BS6 Aprilia and Vespa models. The company recently introduced the Racing Sixties special edition of the SXL 125 and SXL 150.
