Suzuki has updated the Access scooter with a new paint scheme and automatic headlamp on (AHO) feature for 2017. There has been no change in prices, the drum brake version is priced at Rs 54,302 and the disc brake version retails at Rs 57,615 (both ex-showroom, Delhi).
The new Access is now available in a metallic silver paint scheme. With this addition, the Access is now available in six colours. It also gets AHO feature, which means the switchgear loses the headlamp switch.
Powering the Access is the same 125cc single-cylinder engine which delivers 8.6bhp and 10.2Nm of torque. The engine was BS IV compliant when it was launched over a year ago, and hence there have been no updates on this front. It competes with the likes of the Honda Activa 125, Mahindra Gusto 125 and the Aprilia SR 150.
