I must say that activa was a brand to reckon with and this brand has been ruling the roads and consumer's heart since its launch but also I must mention here that off late the quality of spare parts and build quality is absolutely non-satisfactory, unreal and not at par with the competition with other prominent brands in Indian market.
I bought my very first vehicle as activa 6g from dugar honda, kolkata, with high hopes but in a year of its usage, it's been a very sad ride throughout till date. Within a span of a few months of extremely careful usage, I had to visit the service center many times for reasons like the tyre getting punctured too frequently, the smoothness of the ride not up to the mark, and too much noise from the engine etc but the worse came in May this year that a spare part called piston malfunctioned on its own and needed replacement. Due to this, my vehicle was kept for around 10 days at your authorized service center as the spare part was nowhere available which again is a point you need to look into as dugar honda is the biggest dealer in kolkata but didn't have a spare part for replacement and that shows the amount of concern your team has for its consumer.
Again last week a new issue cropped up that the steering ball got damaged which was again replaced.
It's really been a story of dejection for me buying honda activa which I had extremely high expectations of in terms of its built quality and service.
This is not a complaint mail, but a feeling of disappointment and despair of a customer who had very high hopes but received only distress, so activa would be my last honda vehicle for sure. A brand that was once considered an Indian road's best friend has lost its charm completely due to its shabby spare parts and built quality compromised to the highest level possible.

My buying experience was quite good, i bought from a authorised agency ...it has a sleek and modern design with stylish LED lights...riding it is smooth, comfortable, and ideal for city traffic...it offers good mileage, easy handling and quick pickup..servicing is affordable and easily available.. authorised service centre provide best service with minimal hassle..spare parts are easily available and affordable...regular oil changes, brake checks and servicing every 3,000–5,000 km ensures smooth performance and increases it's overall lifespan..only cons is that it has limited tech features as compared to newer scooters in this segment, also it is not ideal for long distance or high speed rides.

I wish I had known about this Honda Activa earlier because it’s so smooth, so buttery. It doesn’t even feel like you are driving, and the space is sufficient for 2-3 members. Plus, you can keep your luggage inside, and it looks good and comfy. Their service is also good. One thing I don’t like is that it has limited variants. Rest is perfect. You can definitely go for Honda Activa; it will be the best decision for you, for sure.

I have ridden this scooty more than 30K+ Kms, and I have experienced that the comfort and ride experience is the best. It comes with a great pickup and goes upto 80km/h speed easily. Enough boost space to keep the helmet and some small things. The best thing is the Fi technology, which increases the mileage. I recommend buying this scooty.

I have been using the Honda Activa for a few months, and I like it. The ride is very smooth. It starts easily and gives good mileage. The seat is comfortable, and there is enough space for two people. The design is simple but looks nice.
It is perfect for city rides and daily travel. The boot space is also good for keeping a helmet or a bag. The best part is, it is very low maintenance.

A reliable product and its maintenance are low. Activa has the highest resale value among scooters. For new Activa users, the oil change interval should be every 300 – 500 miles after the ride is completed. Make sure to change the air filter, oil filter, engine oil, and brake oil every 2500 km. And it is very useful for daily use.

I bought a new Activa 6G standard 2 years before. I changed petrol filter many times. Sometimes it engine stops automatically. Start button is not working properly. There are so many issues. The vibration problem is there. Low-quality tyres we get with the scooter. Honda showroom employees are not properly trained. They always misguide us.

A reliable product and its maintenance are low. Activa has the highest resale value among scooters. For new Activa users, the oil change interval should be every 300 – 500 miles after the ride is completed. Make sure to change the air filter, oil filter, engine oil, and brake oil every 2500 km. And it is very useful for daily use.

I bought a new Activa 6G standard 2 years before. I changed petrol filter many times. Sometimes it engine stops automatically. Start button is not working properly. There are so many issues. The vibration problem is there. Low-quality tyres we get with the scooter. Honda showroom employees are not properly trained. They always misguide us.
