I have a good experience of nearly twenty-five years with the Hero brand. And never felt disappointed. Hero is a name of trust and can be ridden on any type of road.

smooth, great mileage, and durable. I used this bike last 2 years and I feel great whenever I ride. Descent speed you get in the least time. Total value for money. look wise alloy wheels beat with another high price bike. All it takes is a load of heavy-weight people easily.

I have been riding this bike since 2025 Never faced any issues with the engine or gearbox, the mileage is amazing, and it's affordable to maintain and drive. I ride it very roughly, still fine and smooth to drive, its super comfortable seat is just amazing, the handling and balancing are great, also a perfect weight to ride and take turns smoothly, This bike is amazing

Very bad experience, I've bought the Splendor Plus Edition 01 new model nov 2023, but still faced a lot of issues, the major issue that I've faced frequently is my bike getting service.Almost 8 months around given 5th service with battery replacement. I suggest to all of you please don't buy this bike. there's a name only for Hero Splendor.

When I gave the bike for service the service person only changed the engine oil & washed the bike that's called free service even though they charged an amount every time 800-1000 rupees.

The bike is good for its price, does not leave you on the road helpless, looks is masoom (decent), very helpful in loading your friends as well, does not demand low-cost maintenance,It has a very sassy look, also based on its performance and price we can give it the title SASTA SUNDAR TIKAUU So yeah this is a very to-go vehicle, it gives you a good feel while driving, a sober thing, Does not go smoothly above 75 speed, but the best option for intercity

The fuel indicator doesn't work properly, appearance is quite bad, Breaks make too much sound, i3s is useless only make bike turn off after 5 seconds, after 40kmph the bike gets vibrating, contains to much space in bike, looks is quite old, doesn't try for making it to improve the looking, I won't recommend to buy splender plus, if any way to get refund you guys can tell me.

Hero splendor I purchased. Spare parts are so poor. The bike has an issue by running it gets switched off! Even showroom people can't rectify it. Every time I visit Hero service centre they never mind that running getting off. They make your customers lie! They charge too much for service! It is a total rounge buy.
