I think this bike belongs to a middle class family, because of mileage, but always the seats are very small, and I think this is the big issue of splender, the other think is digitalization is very lower so need to improve in that otherwise it is excellent bike but not for long root it is city ride bike so guys check 1st then purchase.

I have been using my Hero Splendor bike for a long time, mainly for daily travel like going to college, office, and local work. My overall experience with this bike has been very good. The biggest advantage of the Splendor is its excellent mileage. Even with regular city riding, it gives very good fuel efficiency, which helps save money on petrol.The bike is smooth to ride and easy to control in traffic. The seat is comfortable, and the suspension works well on rough and uneven roads. I do not feel tired even after long rides. The engine performance is simple but reliable, and it does not create much noise. Maintenance cost is low, and spare parts are easily available everywhere. This bike may not look very stylish or fast, but for daily use, Hero Splendor is a dependable and stress-free choice.

It's a new touch-up of Splendour Plus which has nice finishing and felt like a top-end variant of Splendour. Riding and sitting was very comfortable this time even gear shifting was very smooth And im getting good visibility with led trust me, it's a good package, everything in 100cc if u want to use everything, even the switch quality is top notch

I rarely leave reviews, but this bike truly deserves one.Within one Battery stop to work and chainset loose every 15 days. Now, after 14000 KM mechanic told that it is not possible to tighten this chain you may change it.I would not recommend this bike to anyone. Save your money and go for something with better quality. It’s not worth the hassle!.

Dear Hero Customer Care,I'm extremely disappointed with my Splendor Plus XTec. Despite being barely 1.5 years old with 24,800 kms, I've experienced multiple failures, including:- Key set failure- ECU failure- Indicator issues that worsen in the rainy season- Sudden stops that pose a major safety concern- Gear shifting issues, especially when shifting from top to first gear while driving, which can lead to accidents- Fuel gauge not working accuratelyEngine performance issues and visible scratches/dents add to the woes. I'm selling it as is due to these recurring problems. I expect better quality and reliability from Hero. Urgent attention is required to address these issues.

I bought this bike for personal purposes and also for local marketing, I bought it because of high mileage and low maintenance. But it was never worth it for me. The battery is too bad. I don't know what service centers doing. I am so frustrated with this.
