Hero Electric Optima CX Price in Madgaon

1. The buying experience dealer was not good and more service Centers in Pune
2. Riding experience 120 kg 2 people it is good
3. Looks -all Fiber parts
4. Good for single-person office to and fro
5. Max speed is 55 km instead of the company claim of 48
6. Battery weight is 6 kg. And it’s Portable so that we can remove and charge inside our flat. We don't need to arrange a PowerPoint in our parking.

1. It's a poor plastic bike.
2. No proper service from Hero after purchasing.
3. No spares will be available.
4. Lights and switches will also not be available in service centers. You need to wait for months.
5. If the vehicle gets wet in the rain, Switches and lights will not work properly.
6. There are no proper service centers in Hyderabad for Hero bikes.
7. I am staying in a village; after ORR, there are no street lights while going to my village. I have been waiting for a switch change for the last 3 months. So far, they haven't changed the switch. It's very difficult for me to ride the bike without a light at night. I'm carrying the torch light along with me and managing with that.
---Don't buy this kind of bike, spend a little extra and go for the bikes that will provide better quality. I spent around 1 lack for this bike. Now I feel like I have wasted 1 lack.

About the Reviewer

Please do not buy this ev. Bought hero optima cx in September 2022, and since then it has never given more than 45kms per charge. It is well below claimed mileage. Body stability is also bad. Did not expect this from the hero. It is a waste of money.
Riding is also not comfortable. Overall bad ev bike even at this price. Could have been much better.
