Hero Electric Eddy is an electric scooter available at a starting price of Rs. 72,142 in India. It is available in only 1 variant and 2 colours. Hero Electric Eddy generates 250 W power from its motor. Hero Electric Eddy comes up with both front and rear drum brakes.

Hero Electric Eddy is the brand’s most affordable slow-speed electric scooter. Priced at Rs 72,000 (ex-showroom, Delhi), it’s available in two colours: yellow and blue.

Hero Electric has powered the Eddy e-scooter by a 250W BLDC motor mated to a 1.53kWh battery. The Eddy’s top speed is limited to 25kmph and it gets a claimed range of 85km. Hero Electric claims the battery can be fully charged in 4-5 hours. On the feature front, the Eddy is equipped with a fully digital instrument console, find my bike, Bluetooth connectivity with e-lock, guide me home lights, reverse mode, USB port, and cruise control.

On the design front, the Hero Electric Eddy looks quite funky and futuristic. It gets an LED headlight on the apron, a single-piece seat, a backrest, and a rear grab rail. Then, the electric scooter gets telescopic front forks and drum brakes at both ends for the hardware. It rides on 12-inch alloys wrapped in 90/90 tyres.

Considering the Hero Eddy is a slow-speed electric scooter, it doesn’t need a road registration and license either.
