Buying experience - extremely poor and deceptive. Bounce infinity should be called lies infinity because they never stop giving false promises and their cs team only knows to apologize and will not have any info. Today is exactly 2 months since I took bike delivery and yet to get the registration number and still using a big huge temporary charger when it was assured it will be given in 7 days and 1 month respectively. The vehicle range is 70 km with a max speed of approx 38 kmph, but cs team says 85 km range. Only lies, true lies, and lies. Don't buy!
Everything they say is a lie. When I did my booking, they gave a delivery date and extended 3-4 times.
They said the vehicle will be delivered at the doorstep, which they said it is not possible at the time of delivery and I had to travel from north bengaluru to south bengaluru after visiting the office, most of them were clueless as to whom they need to guide to.
A few times vehicle breakdowns due to a faulty brake switch and the app never get connected with the phone.
The side stand doesn't help the vehicle to tilt properly towards the left and had scenarios where just because of wind, the vehicle fell towards the right a few times
If 2 adults travel there is some kind of wobbling in the seat.
Indian women who sit on one side, cannot sit, as they didn't provide a footrest.
Ask anything about accessories, they will say it will come in a few days and no update.
Whenever we call cs number, they will ask us to write an email and when we write an email, the response will be to the contact number, it may sound joke but really frustrating and annoying.
Cs team will say they will call back to resolve the issue, but they wouldn't call back. There is no coordination and crm in place, need to repeat the same issue to multiple people or will get calls back to back for the same query.
Honestly, I don't like riding this bike now because of so much stress in getting things in place. If there is an option buyback, lies infinity please do, so I can bounce with happiness!
My request, please don't buy this vehicle not just because of poor poor cs and deception but also because of really less range, especially for a city like bengaluru, where the distance from one corner to another is 40 kms approximately and you will end up only going 1 side and need return by getting a pickup van. The current charger which is given is big and it isn't compatible to carry and if we have to carry, you cannot big plug point (12 amps) easily.
I believe the drag option is for that reason as the company executives were sure we will end up dragging than riding.
If we go with eco mode, you cannot cross beyond 38 kmph, and a cyclist overtakes us at this speed.

Manufacturing defects Poor service. Servicing pickup and drop charges are high. Not maintaining time commitments. In spite of writing to the founder and CEO of the company the servicing and the manufacturing defects did not result in very very poor service. My sincere opinion and feedback about this vehicle is that for the 65 a.m. range please do not purchase it.

Family-friendly scooter with fewer service charges. Hyderabad, Chintal dealer response is good. I bought it 2 months ago & serves my purpose. I stay in an apartment & Bounce scooter battery is portable, Hence it's good to carry anywhere even if you run out of juice. Just plug & Play. I chose this EV as it's budget-friendly too.

Great job on handling that customer's issue quickly and professionally. The team's positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customers is appreciated. This is a value-for-money product and the overall maintenance cost is very low (just Rs.400 for every 6 months) which is affordable.

Service support is tremendous and I have recharged the portable battery easily at any place. I am very much satisfied with the vehicle and also getting the range of 75 km with a single charge. It is comfortable to ride anyone. I love this vehicle and heartily recommend people buy the scooter. Buy a Bounce Infinity scooter and get mental peace.

The service is excellent and the employees are customer friendly. The vehicle build quality is top-notch and user-friendly. I commute 30km every day and the performance is good. Also, it has saved nearly 3k from the monthly petrol budget. Great job on handling that customer's issue quickly and professionally.

It is a good built scooter and low maintenance. Good response from service as well. Perfect for daily commute as it saves cost. A swappable battery is helpful to me as no charger is in parking, it can be easily charged by any power socket at your home or office. The driving experience is also fine in the city.

It's an amazing scooter for commuting daily travel and the best part is the removable battery, This scooter is one my favorite to me I daily drive it if someone has limited traveling of 50-70kms. I strongly suggest they go for it as it never gives you any sort of stress in driving, And service support is excellent with a team and very economy in maintaining it.

Service support is tremendous and I have recharged the portable battery easily at any place. I am very much satisfied with the vehicle and also getting the range of 75 km with a single charge. It is comfortable to ride anyone. I love this vehicle and heartily recommend people buy the scooter. Buy a Bounce Infinity scooter and get mental peace.

It is a good built scooter and low maintenance. Good response from service as well. Perfect for daily commute as it saves cost. A swappable battery is helpful to me as no charger is in parking, it can be easily charged by any power socket at your home or office. The driving experience is also fine in the city.

A great buy for me! Highly recommend this scooter who are looking to buy a new EV 2-wheeler. In terms of maneuverability, braking, and acceleration, the suspension is top-notch. It's an amazing scooter for commuting daily travel and the best part is the removable battery, This scooter is one my favorite to me I daily drive it if someone has limited traveling of 50-70kms. I strongly suggest they go for it as it never gives you any sort of stress in driving, And service support is excellent with a team and very economy in maintaining it.
