Don't buy this, they will hike in price by 35% after 6-8 months at the time of delivery. Nobody will listen to your problem and they will stick on price hike sometime by-charger price sometimes by govt subsidies and all, don't buy it, buy something which you can get on the spot delivered.

Even tvs iQube doesn't have a disc break in back wheel . Scooter is very much reliable.!

Also, the response from customer care is good.! coming to the riding experience it was really comfortable.! and acceleration is ok. But the range is extremely good.! getting a range of 60+ in power and 70+ in eco mode. Breaking is really sharp and quick we need some time to get it. The service is very good. They talk to point, not around the bush.

1) I was pre-emptively contacted through digital medium on the status of my vehicle, and the purchasing process was smooth, though the price increase was a bit shocking.
2) being a user of bounce rentals, all the problems faced in their ev is sorted in this. The dynamics, handling and comfort are meeting the expectations.
3) although the portrayal could have been made better, the bikes looks different from different angles, the front looks skinny but the pillion place begs to differ.
Would definitely recommend it for a person having eyes out to start their ev experience.

I have recently bought bounce. It was one of the best two-wheeler buying decisions I took. After a lot of research and consideration of various ev two-wheelers, I decided to try bounce e1 infinity because of its really budget-friendly price point and lots of options ( with and without battery ) and they have one of the best charging and swapping networks in India. I was very skeptical, especially after a lot of mishaps and bad experiences with prominent players like ola s1 pro and likes such so I was very skeptical. I got a strong recommendation from a friend of mine who bought bounce and I decided to go ahead with it. So far I have not faced any problems. The ride is smooth and has lots of options. Good driving and charging experience. The range is around 80-85 kms which is pretty okay for city drives. The top speed is good enough for Chennai roads and traffic. The buying experience was smooth as well and the sales team was constantly in touch.

I am very happy to own a bounce infinity e1. I researched almost all brands and finally zeroed down to bounce since it’s the best value for money product. My top requirement was to have an easy charging mechanism, and bounce does have exactly the same thing. I live in an apartment and now I can simply take my battery up home and get it charged. For the daily commute, the range is pretty good.
I bought the red one and believe me it looks, killer.
I also researched a lot on battery safety since that’s the prime concern because of a number of fire incidents. I got to know that bounce has already tested their batteries for more than 4.5 cr of km’s, much ahead than any other brand, and hence is so confident of their battery safety.
