For instance, the range per charge was stated to be 55-60km, but in reality, it only covers 40-45km. The charging time was also misrepresented - it was said to be 2 hours, but it takes a full 4 hours. Furthermore, the electricity consumption was not correctly communicated. We were told it would consume a maximum of 3 units of electricity, but the 2 KW charger consumes 8 KW if used for 4 hours. This discrepancy in electricity consumption information was misleading. The most significant issue, however, is the difficulty in removing and replacing the battery - a major design flaw in the bike. Having owned the bike for almost two months, I am considering selling it and purchasing a bike from a more reliable brand.
