Initially 55 km in full charge. Later reduced drastically.Dealer select not good. Ask for extra money and not customer-friendly behavior and support. The mechanic is not good at a service center. 1 problem gives different reasons for the same issue.Dc2dc converter not working checked and said the wiring needs to change.Visited another dealer for the same problem asked me to replace the dc2dc converter which cost approx 2k.This part is online and available for between Rs 200 to 500

Bought this scooter in October 2022 and is still running well without any major problems. The seat is a bit uncomfortable and I do not recommend it for longer rides. The real-world range is around 90 km in eco mode and 70 km in sports mode. Takes around 7-8 hours to get fully charged. The body is quite strong and is reliable. It had a few small accidents but nothing major happened. Braking is good. The service experience was great. The staff was helpful and the three services which I had were all free of cost. In a nutshell, this would be a good choice for those who want a scooter that is reliable and strong and has to commute daily for smaller distances.

Do not charge with power sources which have fluctuating output. The charger might get damaged. The brakes needs to be tightened after every few months. Other than this no major maintenance required.

The Ampere Magnus electric scooter has been nothing but a headache from the moment I purchased it. First off, let's talk about the charger. Yes, it comes with a supposed 5-year warranty, but guess what? Mine decided to kick the bucket after just 2 years of use. No big deal, right? Wrong. When I tried to claim my warranty for the charger, the company had the audacity to blame it on water damage! Now, here's the kicker - there was absolutely no water damage to be found by the dealer where I submitted my charger for a warranty claim. But oh no, Ampere wants to play the blame game and avoid their responsibilities. It's been over a month now since I submitted my charger, and what do I have to show for it? Nothing. Not only have I not received a backup charger during this time, but the supposed "repaired" charger they sent back was also conveniently labeled as water-damaged. What a load of rubbish! It's clear that Ampere doesn't stand by its warranty claims and would rather fabricate excuses than provide decent customer service.Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of the Ampere Magnus electric scooter. It's not worth the headache, frustration, and false promises.
