This bike is easy to use and easy to buy. You can buy this bike from your nearest store of tvs. You will get insurance of bike for 3 years or for 1 year. You have to pay specific charge for this insurance. This bike is very useful to persons who are doing their business in villages. This bike can hold upto 1.5 quintal of weight and transport this to your desired location. This bike looks very nice. You have to pay minimum maintenance charge if you are regularly servicing it. The only disability of this bike is that it can not carry heavy load of 1.5 quintal on inclined road. So better way to choose normal road for your riding.

  • TVS never compromises on it's quality.

    Roshan Prasad

Awesome XL 100 purchased in October 2016 and still going with it. I own a kick start variant, have driven it on highways nearly 55 kms at one go, runs very smooth in economy mode. Don't treat it like a racer bike because it's not. No maintenance if taken care of like oiling, cleaning and avoiding rough riding.

  • Tvs Xl 100 Is Best For Simple Use.

    Kumara Narayana

I have been using XL 100 for 2 years, it's fine to use for simplicity and mileage, less repairs and is fully comfortable.
It's best for farmers and sellers, school teachers. Hard-working people.Very comfortable, and the riding experience is awesome. Mileage is good; I get above 45, and maintenance costs. The seat provides enough cushioning for long rides while the floorboard space is sufficient for my daily commute. The engine performance is adequate for city rides and the fuel efficiency of around 55 to 60 kmpl is hard to complain about.

  • Heavy on its duty - tvs xl heavy duty

    Padmanabha Chatterjee

I've riding tvs xl heavy duty (bs4) since the last 1 and half years. Bought this in cash so there wasn't any problem with buying.
Great for riding in cities and also anyone can ride this as it's gearless and has less weight.
Looks are okay (come on it's not a superbike so i assume you are not going to buy it on the basis of it's looks).
It can be used easily for everyday works, also it gives me a good mileage of 60-65. Km/l.
It can sometime have problems with brake but the integrated braking system
Is a great feature ( considering the price). Maintenance and servicing cost are reasonable. I am in favor of timely servicing, so i take it for servicing as prescribed by the company.
Pros: over all a great one for elderly person or those who want a daily commuter without gear or less weight and with reasonable mileage.
Cons: it's ground clearance is slightly less considering indian roads and speed breakers. Suspension is not that good. And also it feels uncomfortable when riding for a long time.

Pick-up is so good. 48 good mileage. Very agile, it's my mini bullet. I love the sound. But you shouldn't try to go beyond 50 as it is not designed for that purpose. Fully satisfied. Very light to handle like a cycle, I am able to ride it even in narrow streets effortlessly.

  • It'S A Better Option For Commercial Use

    Abhed Singh Anand

First of all I thought of buying other like Miso and easy plus, but my requirements weren't met, so I bought it for approx 51000 and trust me it's worth it for those shop owners who are buying their first bike and I strongly believe that it is a value for money for a guy like me(the shop owner) , I am a shop owner and I do have to travel a daily of 30-40km, it's been almost 2 years and it didn't disappoint me rather than the small tank, it takes at least 0.5 liter which is amazing as told by the company, the XL 100 comes equipped with drum brakes of the size 110 mm on the front and the rear. The drum brakes provide decent feedback and bite and are efficient considering the weight and power of the moped. Simply superb moped with best features in the market available now Thank you TVS motors for providing such moped for low price it is very useful economical for all the public and especially for the people who live in rural areas and remote areas as it gives good mileage and low maintenance. As to its reliability, the handling is very stable and can be used for off-road rides as well. the only thing because I gave it a rating of 4/5 is because it has a small capacity tank. But it is not meant for high speeds on highways, as at higher rpm the engine feels stressed. It is best when carrying loads at medium speeds. There is a nicer Winner Edition model that comes with a few visual upgrades such as a metal footboard, dual-tone seat with a quilted pattern, beige bodywork, and chrome mirror and exhaust shield. and build quality is not that much good but a solid 9/10, however, I did not know that many technical specs but know a little bit after buying it, and talking about the capacity of the load is enough for me like 65-85 kgs are easily considerable and It needs maintenance and I always took it to maintenance, but however its the best option for low budget bike only for commercial purpose, forever 1-2 months.
    talking about pros and cons:-
    PROS:-
    1. Good Build Quality 9/10
    2. Better Riding Experience
    3. Value For Money
    4. Avg Milage For Every Litre Of Petrol Is 60-65Km.
    5. The 16-inch Spoke Wheels Are Supported By Twin Hydraulic Springs In The Back Makes It More Comfortable
    6. Comes With An I Touch Start Which Is Pretty Cool
    7. Lights Are Good Enough In Low Light Conditions
    CONS:-
    1. Tires Could Have Been A More Wider. For A Better Grip
    2. Fuel Tank Is Too Small 4 Litres Only (Disappointed)
    3. Look Wise Not Good
    4. pickup is not too good
    5. Only Recommend For Commercial Use
Conclusion- it's a good option to be considered, highly recommend it if you own a shop or have commercial use.
