1. Buying experience: they really made us wait for a very long period, took 2 months more than the promised delivery date.
2. Riding: it is just amazing and the top speed on paper is 115 km/h but in real in turbo mode, it gives a top speed of 70km/h and the charging time is not so much because when we see the range after 100% charging the vehicle it gives a range of 135 kms. The charging time is 7 to 7.30 hours.
3. Looks and performance: amazing looks and superb performance.
4. Pro: ride quality and eco friendly, pick up too good, comfortable for 2 people, has a large boot space, built quality is very good.
5. Con:
A) the functional buttons are very difficult to operate.(horn, turn indicator etc)
B) manual key lock is necessary
C) back number plate often hits the leg
D) side stand quality could have been better.
E) horn sound is very inadequate.
F) in real-life conditions it gives only 100 to 130 kms for one full charge(s1 pro)
F) fast-charging stations and not available
G) you cannot hold the brakes and accelerate the bike.
H) misses out on flat floorboard
I) unimpressive plastic quality
J) there is a scraping sound when above 35km/hr also there is a vibration that you can feel on the foot if you wear chappals.

The buying experience was great. The form and details requested were pretty specific and common, so no hassle in that. Received the bike within a week and the riding experience was also great, as there is no engine there no vibration as compared to other bikes, the hyper mode is amazingly hyper, and the bike easily goes to 70+. The suspensions are also very smooth.

Looks are amazing and you will feel its power when you shift the modes.
Till now I didn't have any complaints about my bike.
I am very much satisfied with its looks and performance.
Advantages: 1. It is offering a good range 140 km on a single charge.
2. 11 color variants.
3. Very economical in maintaining these fuel prices.
As my suggestion go for it.

My bike fell down and got damage bcos of low-quality stand and these people are not helping me repairing that and asking me huge money I suggest everyone not to buy ola bike.

I purchased this ev just for looks and features. I only need servicing one time and my ev picked up and drop to my residence but the problem is, no service center is available in kanpur, the nearest service center in lucknow. Good pickup, looks but the features promised by the company is still under development so I am feeling ditched by the company.

I booked s1 pro on dussera 2021 with an expectation to be delivered by the year-end, booking amount was 500 rs so wasn't much wishful, as I booked a tesla model 3 on 2016 which is never delivered in India (1000 usd booking). Anyways was surprised to receive a mail near holi to make final payments and my scooter will be delivered by may end. I was excited and made full payment and they did abide by the promise.
The delivery experience was smooth and coordinated and I faced no hassles in getting delivered at home in nagpur apart from a last-minute glitch of having the wrong scooter delivered but it was an honest mix-up as both same colors and assigned for a similar area. The initial impression of the scooter was very negative, having owned a honda dio for over a decade I was at least expecting my helmet to fit in the trunk which, despite being spacious wasn't the right size for storing my regular-sized helmet. And where is the center stand? it's an absolute must but if they did for the sensor and software issue. At least they had provision for the same and I got an aftermarket stand installed separately.
The driving experience is definitely an upgrade from traditional ice - the ride height, suspension system, dual disc brakes, wide and comfortable seats, and peppy motor make it check all boxes in the ride quality section. Its looks are unique and definitely head turner! software is another matter however ev makes it 40% software and 60% hardware. And the software is buggy - the charge level problems, occasional lags in the interface, and delay in promised updates do not look good on ola's books.
I haven't faced any maintenance needs and do not expect any necessity to service since there aren't any mechanical parts. The range is great and I do manage to get about 135-140 on a single charge as promised true range. Perhaps if I use regen braking more aggressively I may be able to manage more juice out of it, but I don't feel the need since I mostly cruise and only use it for leisure travels.
My friend's test drove this scooter as well, and they were all thrilled and enjoyed the ride! almost everyone mentioned the negative news coverage this is getting which I can understand by the framing effect people have.
