OLA S1 Pro [2021-2023]

To date the best electric scooter in the Indian market. Have driven it in the city as well as highway.
In normal mode, the top speed is 80 kmph and in sports mode, it has reached 95 kmph.
I drove from Vesu to Kadodara to Palsana to again Vesu to check mileage (km run on a single charge).
It reached 87 kms with 8% battery remaining.
There have been 2 visits to the service center. All was smooth and I had not to pay anything as 5 years extended warranty was already purchased. I didn't find any minus points.
It's just that I am traveling by car these days, so the scooter is of no use to me now.

Difficult to Ride/ handle the bike for female riders.

Genuine used Ola S1 Pro. Excellent condition. Under warranty. No work is required. The scooter is under warranty till Jan 2025. As good as new condition. Very well maintained & used

I suggest don't waste your hardcore money, they give fake commitment.
See below the concern that I raised for more than one month, but no one cares about the customer.
have raised a complaint for my scooter 2 months back and raised a complaint online as well for the shock absorber at "Ola Service Centre, Shreeram Industrial Estate, Tathawade"
The service center had confirmed to me that my scooter requires replacing the back and front shock absorbers every time I visit the service center. They used to say my scooter is under warranty and it will last till 30k km, and they will confirm once the shock absorber is available.
As my scooter started giving much problem I have raised the complaint again and representative came on 5th April and given me same updated and informed me that we will wait for next 10 days stock should be available, but today morning same representative call me that stock is available after visiting the above service center and spending time for more than 3 hrs representative came and informed me my warranty is expired and I will require to pay for shock absorber, I asked question to one of the senior he acknowledge that i have brought the scooter when it was under warranty but they don't have any option in system to get it done under warranty and was no further solution provided.
I had called the service center 4 times. Every time they just informed me that they will take my concern to the senior and they will reach out to me soon, it's been more than 3 hours since I raised the concern, but no response.
As I have raised the concern when my vehicle was under warranty, as Ola was incapable of supplying the spare parts, why should I bear the cost?
Request you to cordiant with above service center who agrees that I have brought the vehicle when it as under warranty and there was no stock when I have brought the vehicle(Please check the last 2 complaint which i have raised before April Month) and get the replacement ment done at free of cost as customer its not my mistake that Ola was not able to provide service during warranty perid.
Thanks in advance, and I expect my concern will be addressed correctly.

very bad experience buying Ola...it is a scam... don't trust them and buy an Ola scooter...very bad service. I have a new ola scooter now the screen is not working, and no one picking phone for service... a wastage of money and time..I suggest other buyers please do not trust them.. they are fake and fraudulent.
