My scooter got delivered on 9th january 2022
My total experience was fine
I hope they have dealers because the customer care is worst
Pro speed power and build quality has smart features
As of now good response from service team
The driving experience is super
Range is 150+ in 30-40 speed in normal mode
121 in 50-60 mixed mode
Good suspension
Cons
Fit an finish is not so great panel gaps are more.
As the company is new its acceptable hope they fix all this problems.

About the Reviewer

1. In short it is a petrol saving but does expect that we can use it as like a petrol bike.
2. as it has fewer charge stations u can not travel more than 50 km in one way.
3. body/ foot race/number plate/display sensibility/ screen hanging too much problem.
4. The foot race is damaged in 3 months poor quality/plastic body loss very early.
5. if you run your bike in sport or hyper it will not go even 50 km.

The buying experience was pathetic. The vehicle got delivered in a week but there was a lot of confusion. The vehicle was delivered to a hotel parking area where they dumped the vehicles. It had a scratch to begin with. Additionally, the discharge of the battery is too fast and the vehicle completely stopped working in a month. Raised a ticket with them and it was closed without any help or assistance stating that the issue was resolved. My sincere and humble request, despite seeing this type of review, I still bought the vehicle, a terrible mistake. Hopefully, no one does that.
