The vehicle was delivered late after booking and after using for 3months the Ola vehicle, it has started giving problems. There is also proper support and service from Ola customer service. I started hating this vehicle, customers will lose hope if they do so. Very worst experience. It stops suddenly, and don't get started.

OLA worst service

Very poor service for 20 days my scooter is at home and shows a system issue but the service team as well as the sales team is not responding. I got the problem from day 1 but was unable to resolve it. The Ola Electric app is also not working and not showing my scooter. Very bad experience after purchasing this scooter.

Hey all I got scammed by ola electric

Hi all I just want to inform you regarding one scam from ola electric company 1/11/22Just want to describe it in a few lines and be aware of it regarding you all I don't want to happen this type of scam to happen to you next.I purchased my ola electric on 16/10/2022 with 3 years unconditional warranty for the battery and ola scooter I received on 01/11/2022 and I drive it almost 865 km in just 1 month thereafter due to some medical emergency at my home I reached Ahmedabad location then ola is not used by anyone for 1 month then I check my ola on 09/01/2023 it was completely uncharged and so I think to charge properly and I see at that time it was not charged by its charger so I raised complaint at ola service center and I got received a query that my battery gone a deep sleep mode and it’s cant recharged by anyone so only one option has been pending and it’s replaceable. I was shocked at that time due to this problem with ola also I shocked when the technician told me that you have to purchase a new battery and it’s around a minimum of 67257/- so I told you have already provided me with an unconditional warranty for battery and ola so why am I pay to you for my battery so he told me that it’s not possible from our side and if you have to recharge and activate your ola scooter you have to just pay 67257/- for a new battery.

Hey All, I got Scammed by OLA electric and it happened to me regarding its battery after receiving a 3-year unconditional warranty with OLA scooter. Just want to be aware it regarding you all I don't want it will happen with any next customer.
