Worst customer care service, it takes 30-45 mins just to get to a customer service agent, and even after that, no proper timelines are communicated. I had a minor issue with an address mismatch for my rto registration, they requested for additional documents after 3-4 days, which I shared immediately. Now even after 6-7 days, I haven't received any information regarding any process. I haven't received any call from rto registration agency which works after you provide vahan otp. I requested customer care many times to escalate my issue or get me in touch with someone who could give me a proper response. Which I always answered or the team will get in touch with you. This is the most they have talked to me. I just wondered even before getting my vehicle, it takes so much time to resolve any issues, not sure what would happen at the time of services or roadside assistance. I feel trapped by paying the whole amount, I will not recommend anyone else to get in this situation, stick to traditional 2-vehicle companies they are also providing great options now. If this gets the attention of ola management, I would really like to resolve this issue.

1. Good2. Very existing and different3. Very good looking, good range and performance, braking, modes, a sound system very good4. This is new but I adjusted and it's very fast work5. Very good pros and cons I love this scooter and I want it.This scooter is very good to drive and its features are very good and please buy this scooter and I love to share with you and this scooter was very good quality and most beautiful.

Don't buy ola scooter

I have owned an Ola s1x+ scooter but it hasn't changed from my charger. I have visited the Ola service centre many times but my concern has not been solved yet They told me that if my scooter not charging that is not our concern so please don't buy any Ola scooters. If you don't have trust on me. Then go to the Ola service centre and spend half an hour you will understand everything.
