TVS launched the latest and the most expensive scooter from its stable, the Ntorq 125 XT in India. Priced at Rs 1.03 lakh (ex-showroom), the Ntorq 125 XT leaves quite some window to explore other options in the said price range. So, let’s have a look.

Aprilia Storm 125

Starting off the list is the Italian offering, Aprilia Storm 125. Apart from the basic functionality of a scooter, the Storm 125 offers even more value with the off-road-ready equipment. It’s priced at Rs 93,393 (ex-showroom Delhi) and packs a peppy 124.4cc single-cylinder motor. It’s tuned to dish out 9.7bhp and claims to dish out around 40kmpl. Not to mention, it also dons quite a sporty bodywork.

Given the asking price of the Ntorq 125 XT, you get to explore some motorcycles too. The first one to make it to the list is the TVS Apache RTR 160. The bike has been around for a while and has been lauded for its performance and trusty build. It’s priced at Rs 1.11 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi) and packs a spirited 159.7cc single-cylinder air-cooled motor and dishes out 15.31 bhp and 13.9 Nm.

Next up is the Honda X-Blade with an asking price of Rs 1.14 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). The X-Blade is quite a sporty looker and tends to offer commendable utility as well. It’s equipped with a 162.71cc single-cylinder motor belting out 13.67 bhp and 14.7 Nm. Not to mention, apart from the sharp design, and lively motor, the X-Blade also offers a trusty Japanese build.

Another Japanese motorcycle that you can check out is the Yamaha FZ Fi. It’s priced at Rs 1.11 lakh onwards (ex-showroom Delhi) and features a 149cc air-cooled single-cylinder motor. It dishes out 12.2 bhp and 13.3 Nm. Not to mention, the FZ Fi also offers commendable fuel efficiency given the frugal nature of its motor.  

Suzuki Burgman Street (Ride Connect Edition)

Last but not least, Suzuki Burgman Street is also another option that you could consider. It’s priced at Rs 91,800 (ex-showroom Delhi) for the Ride Connect Edition. So, apart from its stylish design, and peppy yet frugal motor, you also get some nifty features. This includes Bluetooth connectivity, easy start system, and a USB socket as well.
