Buying experience and cost wise is ok for middle class people. Riding is very comfortable and smooth. Looks good, performance is goods Servicing and maintenance is good. Labour and maintenance is normal.

Experience was great my first scooter riding was comfortable rather than other petrol scooters look is great my friend like it too . Maintenance is easy if we save the money that we spend for petrol we can buy a another scooter .This scooter will be unique so if you buy this scooter will be a waste of time or a waste of money. If you ride this scooter where are you people will stop you and ask about the scooter they will be very amazed to see the scooter,

please do not buy hero electric product as i am regretting every bit since last 2 yrs. Thought its hero electric and let me be part of eco drive for tomorrow but sad to say dissappointed every bit of it. Do not buy for
1. Very poor grade material used (electric as well as mechanical). Accelerator fails often, remove tyre for puncture repair and threads wear out with no replacement, horn gives up too frequently, battery cells fail (anything left?).
2. Puncture repair is a mammoth task no repairwala ready to remove and refix tyre.
3. Too heavy to even lift it to a authorised centre.
4. No resale value of even spare parts
5. Indifferent after sale support staff.
Areas of improvement
all of the above to say the least.
