This scooter is so comfortable to ride and the shock absorbers are so comfortable compared to the petrol version like Honda Activa. TVS Jupiter, no need for RTO registration and also no needed license for driving and insurance but still I have taken full insurance of this bike in case of stolen insurance does work.

Has a good appearance, but the worst performance. Initially, it gave a good experience, but just after 2nd service, it began showing random pitty problems. The dealer from which we bought this just ran away, and now there's only one dealer here, and the dealer didn't give good service even. This company is making a fool of the customers, I want to get rid of this vehicle soon.

Regretting the decision to buy this vehicle. Its build quality is too cheap, feels like riding a children's toy. Every month, a new problem comes up. The worst of my experience is that even after changing the batteries, it still doesn't perform well. It just turns off suddenly even when the battery level is 80%. Encountered a ton of problems within just 8 months of buying this crap.

I regret the decision to buy this. Within 6 months of riding, we encountered the issue of the battery meter and horn not working. It's been more than a year and we've spent so much on this shit. Even the new battery is giving problems now. Worst of all, every dealer I know of your bikes in my city just ran away. It has the worst performance and now I wish I could have taken a petrol-based vehicle instead of this because it has cost us even more than those.

Buying experience is ok. Riding experience is ok. Details about looks, and performance are ok. Servicing and maintenance are good. Speed is ok for within-city rides. The level of speed is good in driving controlling. 3-year warranty in Motor and battery and 1 year on full Scooter.

Hey , i am sujan roy from coochbehar .I have bought yo drift dx nine months ago (August ,2021) when I make a decision to buy a bike or scooty , at that time I feel that the petrol price is hiking and it crosses the century, then I bought this. This electric scooty's looks is good, performance is average, top speed 38 km , range 50-55 km/full charge but main negative thing is its built quality. Very low-quality plastic has used in this scooty, suspension damaged after little heavy load, charging time taken more than expected after day by day (7hrs -9hrs) , service center executives are good, any way you can buy it but need to look all this. Thanks.

This is an Electric Vehicle hence servicing is the very important thing. You need to service after every two months. Suspension is very weak.

It's been 3 weeks since I am owning this, and let me tell you, this is the best! I have tried many other electric scooters, but the ride quality, handling and the smoothness offered in this is of next level! Really satisfied, and I absolutely recommend this to people who are planning to buy one! :)

Used it for more than a month and I am already regretting my decision of buying this crap. The build quality is like that of a toy car that kids drive. Even the emblem on the sides are of very cheap quality. breaks are very bad. Suspension is worse than a cycle with no suspension. Don't buy it .

I am riding this scooter for the last 8 months, my experience is very bad with this scooter, very poor build quality and showing always problems in 10 -15 days. I will not suggest it if anyone is planning to buy it. Please don't buy this product. It's like a toy.And the dealership is not even providing any kind of service.
