Don't buy Hero Electric Vehicle. 6 months over yet the company has not sent my battery. The company simply says they will send it soon, 6 months is not enough to fix the battery issue.
The customer care team gives simple copy-paste replies.
No escalation matrix, Parts are not available.
Worst after sales. The fraudulent intention of the company.

Service for Battery exchange is very slow because I got my battery after 6 months of buying my bike and Sometimes my charging is a problem sometimes my one battery of dual battery doesn't show when I ride and the main thing is that Display problem that up down or blinking I am dissatisfied with buying this.

Pros. -less costly for city ride
Cons- low speed-need to increase speed limit comparatively to another vehicle, high maintenance charge, ridiculous after-sale service from company side. If you are mailing them they are not replying to anyone. The company should take the initiative to avail extra motors and batteries at the distribution point because a warranty claim on battery takes a 20 to 25 days.

This is something worth buying. I bought it almost 1 year ago. Its battery is just superb. While it is very silent and does not make any sound while starting. Its looks are not great but its performance is awesome. It has a very low maintenance. It has a very good range and speed. Its ride is smother than ola s1 and Ather 450x, which I test ride.

Smooth riding.
Cool look and smooth performance.
A hero so everywhere we can get servicing and maintenance trustable brand.
Just looking for city purposes and avoid petrol consumption so the bike is given those added value.
It's a very lightweight bike and easy to use for women also. We are using some time for heavy load also but it's giving the same performance.

Very bad experience. Body parts are like a dummy bike. After purchasing 3 months more body parts are damaged. After purchasing 1 month's break shoe are broken. Service is also poor. I recommend to all plz don't buy hero optima cx you can buy tvs or honda. Totally bad.
