India is one of the largest and fastest growing two-wheelers markets in the world today. But there was a time when two-wheelers were looked upon as luxury commodities. They were expensive and way out of reach of the masses, and the sales numbers were insignificant. However, just like the Volkswagen Beetle and the Maruti Suzuki 800, there have been certain models which changed the dynamics of the industry for good.

Hero MotoCorp is gearing up to launch a new series of 125cc motorcycles. The company has codenamed one of its new bikes, ABGA and this is being co-developed with Engines Engineering and AVL. 

India's largest two wheeler maker Hero MotoCorp is on a serious expansion streak. After announcing three completely new models for early next year and investments of over Rs 1,600 crore for its manufacturing facility in South India, the brand plans to set up yet another manufacturing plant in Andhra Pradesh.
