Please don't buy it cause worst of money.I am facing brake and all body material problems from day one.After serving scooty runs smoothly up to 10 days after that faces the same problem.I feel that I have wasted my money.If anyone wants to buy an electric scooter then I suggest the Okinawa scooters, they are reliable.

Very poor service

I bought Hero optima on 8th sep. 2021. I was told about 3 years guarantee of battery, motor & controller. Now my bike controller is not working & I left that bike at the dealer shop 8 days ago. Still, i did not get it back. & the dealer is not giving any satisfactory answer. The quality of services is very poor. I never recommend buying it.

Do not buy Hero Electric vechicle

After the sale service is miserable, do not expect any warranty from the company. I am facing a lot of problems regarding the battery which the company has had no solution for the last one and a half months. I am unable to ride without a battery and the company is neither replacing my battery nor responding to any call or mail. I did not expect such services from a renowned company.
