    I bought Hero optima on 8th sep. 2021. I was told about 3 years guarantee of battery, motor & controller. Now my bike controller is not working & I left that bike at the dealer shop 8 days ago. Still, i did not get it back. & the dealer is not giving any satisfactory answer. The quality of services is very poor. I never recommend buying it.

    Please don't buy it cause worst of money.
    I am facing brake and all body material problems from day one.
    After serving scooty runs smoothly up to 10 days after that faces the same problem.
    I feel that I have wasted my money.
    If anyone wants to buy an electric scooter then I suggest the Okinawa scooters, they are reliable.

    Bad choice.

    Note the best,
    Range is bad, they claimed 120km but has 80km range.
    Speed is normal 46 km max
    Shockers is bad,
    Brakes are worst,
    Battery indicator is not accurate, same with charger indicator,
    Body material is also not good.
