The Scooty Zest 110 is a scooter that TVS positions as a two-wheeler for women. This is why the overall design language is trendy and retains the familiar Scooty look with its steeply raked apron, a big headlamp and vertically stacked turn indicators. The BS6 Scooty Zest 110 continues to get tubeless tyres, LED taillight, a back-lit speedometer and a broader dual-textured seat to give good riding comfort. The scooter also gets 19-litres of under-seat storage, which is best in its class. It offers more storage space in the form of an open glove box, retractable bag hooks and under-seat hooks.
The scooter is powered by an 110cc, single-cylinder air-cooled engine that produces 7.9bhp of power at 7,500rpm and a maximum torque of 8.8Nm at 5,500rpm. Ride and handling is taken care of by the telescopic front suspension and hydraulic rear mono shock. Unfortunately, even for this latest model, the company hasn't given it a disc brake even as an option. But the brakes are now available with a linked brake system at no extra cost.
The Scooty Zest 110 is available in nine colours – that’s way too many to list here. It competes with the Yamaha Ray, Honda Activa-I and the Hero Pleasure.

TVS Zest 110

My experience with owning a TVS Zest and dealing with TVS and their dealer, Autorace, has been terrible. I bought a Zest on April 6, 2025, and the salesperson insisted I get insurance from them because it would include RSA. I regret believing him and not checking the insurance document for RSA! I was shown a proforma of INR 1700 for changing several items. The service cost for my XUV700's free services was '0'!It seems maintaining a brand new TVS Zest is pricier than an XUV. Kudos to TVS and their fraudster dealers! One surprising request was to change the oil. Why? The silly reasoning was that my Zest had been in the warehouse for a few months, so the oil should be changed. Why did TVS sell me a new product with old oil? For a brand new TVS Zest that had only run 90 KM, I still had to pay 120 bucks for some consumables. I don’t mind paying, but a forced charge during a so-called free service showcases bad practices, which tarnish a brand. Other rants on the service center.. The first level Waiting Area lacked a fan for customers, while level 2 had air conditioning but no water. Customer queue management was inadequate; no order was maintained, and individuals would push in while an advisor would randomly select favorites. Unexpectedly, the entire Autorace service team left for a meeting without informing customers, leaving them unattended and waiting without any updates. They pressured me and other customers into unnecessary oil changes, filter changes, and also imposed charges for consumables. The TVS app or manual does not provide clear information on what is required for the first service. Breakdown:-On May 19, just 10 days after the first Free-Paid service, my Zest wouldn’t start and showed a side stand warning. Their app is pathetic to say the least, and one cannot use most features in the app. Somehow, I managed to raise a complaint over the call, and for the first couple of days, no one from Autorace TVS bothered to check. When they finally came, the mechanic said the sensor wire was broken. They insisted it was due to a rat chewing the wire, but I don’t believe that since the entire wire is covered and the outer covering is intact, the wire broke from the inside. Anyway, I told them to take the Zest to the workshop under the RSA. To my shock, I discovered that the TVS Autorace sales advisor had tricked me into buying expensive insurance with a promise of RSA but never added it. The harsh reality hit me that unfair practices in India go unpunished. The person who came from the showroom brought a third-party individual who asked for 400 bucks without an invoice to push my scooter to the service center with his leg using another scooter. How unsafe is that? Also, Dipti from the Autorace team blatantly told me this is how we transport scooters to our service center. If you want to send it through a temp, then you should handle it yourself. I have no option but to send my stranded scooty through a third party. I pay them, but I don't receive an invoice or any security.WOW! I'm not sure how TVS trains and oversees their dealers, but this type of service is not acceptable to me! I usually choose Indian brands over foreign ones, but now I understand why people prefer a Honda Activa and have more trust in them than in TVS. I definitely would not recommend TVS products and will certainly steer clear of Autorace Malad Sales & Autorace Kandivali Service at all costs.

I am owing zest 110 for 6 years. Its comfort is on the next level. But fuel efficiency is very bad, I'm only getting 30 kmpl mileage. Its pickup is not bad. It can carry 3 heavy people. The design is not so nice. It has a good boot space. If you want a daily commute vehicle, then it's not for you. It only gives 30 very low kmpl mileage. Price-wise, it's good. Choose the vehicle according to your needs.

Worst quality scooty in the market

I was a big fan of TVs due to its great quality bikes, but recently I bought the Scooty Zest for my wife, and I was amazed to see the cost-cutting TVS has done in this scooty. Build quality is an utter waste. Seems like 60-70% scooty is made of plastic. They even replaced the metal fuel tank with a cheap plastic one. Can you believe that the glue they used in the headlight has melted due to the heat? The brakes are pathetic. And price, man, they increased like anything. Honda Activa was just 6-7k costlier than this, but I had to take it because my wife wanted a lightweight scooty. I suggest to stay away from this crap.

TVS Scooty Zest 110

Light yet sturdy vehicle, very good for city drive and daily commute. This is a brand new vehicle, just booked at the dealer; TVS scooty zest 110, turquoise blue color - registration and handover are expected by Feb 01st week. Technically, you'll be the 2nd owner however this has not been driven yet - you can accompany me to TVS's authorized dealer showroom and take delivery of this vehicle, I've already made all the payments.

The woman makes the best use of this scooter. Easy to turn and handle with low weight. With so many colours available and the best in looks, the power of the headlamp is best for raiding at night. The space is comfortable, the seat is back, and the front cover is small, small object storage and object storage space is comfortable to buy.

Please do not buy this bike. after paying 1L 20k within 2 months it's not working. Even though I got a default bike, please don't buy anyone this bike. It's my first bike and I have had with very bad experience with TVS. although after charging for the correction which has been made from the TVS, they're not even bothered to rectify or come further home service where we are not able to start the bike. It's really very bad experience. Please do not buy anyone this bike for your money's sake.

I have my bike, my wife has this scooter and I am using it occasionally. Till now 5000 km ran out. Not even one week this bike is not running without problem. Always have headaches with this bike. Please guys don't buy any TVS bikes. Better go for any bike except this cheater TVS. They are earning mainly from spare parts only. They put some dappa spare always. So that it will fault frequently. I request you guys plz don't buy. Today is the third time I am in the middle of the road. Now the accelerator wire is broken. I never go above 40km speed. Keep this in mind guys.

I have purchased this scooty 3 months ago. The accessories given with the model are very cheap and low standard. Sheet covers are large in size.Mirror given with scooty is not properly fitting the scooty model. As per showroom this is tvs manufacturing defect. Till now company not replaced the mirror.Mileage till now is around 30kmpl. I ride around 520 km and 20 litre petrol is till now purchased. First servicing done. Let's see how much will it improve.
