    Rasool

    It's been 6 months since I bought this motorcycle. Now the motor is broken so I have sent it to the ampere to fix it and now it's been 1 month they haven't fixed it. So anyone who wants to buy this motorcycle is wasting their money. maintenance very worst. Ampere customer care also did not respond to me. So guys please don't choose this bike.

    What a disappointment! the bike arrived after many months waiting (with various delivery dates not met.) I was unable to put it together in full working order as the wrong size screw had been supplied. My husband brought the correct screw the next day as I was eager to ride the bike. I also had concerns over a congealed substance on the hub. A replacement stand (which i was told was provided because the stand on the bike has problems) was broken. After the first 4km a high pitch noise came from the hub when in pedal assist 1 and 2 and continuously when free wheeling. I returned from my bike ride and called my supplier who assured me a representative from ampere would call that day. No call was forthcoming so i called the supplier again. 2 days later i spoke with an ampere rep who agreed it was probably a problem with the hub. I was asked to take off the back wheel, pack it and return it to them (they organized pick up) this was tuesday and i was told to expect it back on thursday. I contacted ampere on the thursday to check delivery and was told it would now be friday. Today (friday) i contacted my supplier as i had been waiting in for delivery of my back wheel but it had not arrived. They contacted ampere and i have been told its now saturday. The aftercare from ampere has not been good, i have a wheel less bike and have had to cancel plans. It was only by me making contact that i knew that my bike wheel would not be returned for yet another day.

    Worst vehicle because of its very low weight and battery capacity. Worst quality. Please do not buy any battery vehicle. Please wait and search for good battery vehicle I purchased ampire zeal on the 11 of this month, show room person told me the mileage on full charge is 45 to 50 km only single but with no pillion .

    Service center is pathetic not even bother to solve the problem, instead only waste time. During 1 service i had problems with shock absorber and shattering while braking still not solved i had given them the bike for a day but no work was being carried out. I suggest no one should own the vehicle as you can't even sell the bike.

    The buying experience is the worst and the packing is bad in condition
    Ridiculous riding experience millage what has been promised while I was searching in internet and what I am getting now 30% less
    It was promised 100km per charge in economical mode but I never crossed 70km even in a single sketch.
    I complained several time and I was curious to look after the service manual that they provided and I found that 80+/- 5 km.
    Is it not cheating? until you buy the bike you couldn't see the manual.
    Now I am starting to search on the internet, it is now modified to range 80 to 100 km per charge.
    Mechanical design is the worst, screws are also at mirrors near footrest mudguards.
    Sometimes we need to press more than 2 times to power it on.
    Suddenly raising get down why don't know
    General service what they did is funny only wiring connections.
    Battery draining is the worst experience
    Breaks are giving gas blaster sounds
    If clean the bike you will see the water coming down under the seat. Where is ip protection?
    Vibration moments of shockers are awesome if you in a bad road you have to check entire bike once is there any screw or bolt got lost
    Charging time, wow it literally takes 7 to 8 hours which was promised 5 to 6 hours.
    Power charges more than fuel charges if you ride continuously.
    8 units charge approx 50rs including all charges.
    What are the benefits
    Service is worst ever.

    The motor got rust inside within 11 months of purchase. There was no instance of keeping the motor under water which the dealer say not to do while selling the item. But still happened. And now after giving it to the dealer "nidhi ev world" it's over 1 month almost now and still have no update on when can be received the vehicle repaired. Horrible experience in terms of service and in terms of riding as well.

    Ampere reo bike is almost ok. Less expensive and easy for driving. But your servicing and maintenance are very bad. Spare parts are not available. My bike is almost 3 months break-down. Our dealer doesn't know the servicing procedure and has sufficient experienced staff for repair. I want a motor for my bike how can I get it!

    The vehicle is best but the spare parts department is updated. The overall price is the best but the service is not good.
    No service call reminder and no service schedule properly. Vehicle range from one single charge of fifty-five kilometers charging time of four to five hours and auto cut-off charger. Looking is proper vehicle is not a toy

    The service is horrible, the service guys only knows to argue & doesn't want to understand customers problem. The battery gave up in just 2 yrs. of ownership & the service center says their is no problem in the battery. The scooter barely runs 22-24 kms in full charge & the service center says it can run upto 50-55 kms.
    I raised the concern with ampere head-office, neither they are bothered about it.

    I bought a e-bike 3 years back 1 st year 7 times faced issues, which got free of cost support from the seller, 2 years 5 times spend 8 thousand for service, 3rd year onwards not getting a proper response for service, slowly bike moved to showpiece in my parking, ampere customer care asking to fill the google forms for the issue, I don't know, how many years they will take and check the issue, now it's your risk servicing and maintenance.

    I bought a e-bike 3 years back 1 st year 7 times faced issues, which got free of cost support from the seller, 2 years 5 times spend 8 thousand for service, 3rd year onwards not getting a proper response for service, slowly bike moved to showpiece in my parking, ampere customer care asking to fill the google forms for the issue, I don't know, how many years they will take and check the issue, now it's your risk servicing and maintenance.

  • Simply waste your brand

    It's been 6 months since I bought this motorcycle. Now the motor is broken so I have sent it to the ampere to fix it and now it's been 1 month they haven't fixed it. So anyone who wants to buy this motorcycle is wasting their money. maintenance very worst. Ampere customer care also did not respond to me. So guys please don't choose this bike.

  • Poor after sales service.

    What a disappointment! the bike arrived after many months waiting (with various delivery dates not met.) I was unable to put it together in full working order as the wrong size screw had been supplied. My husband brought the correct screw the next day as I was eager to ride the bike. I also had concerns over a congealed substance on the hub. A replacement stand (which i was told was provided because the stand on the bike has problems) was broken. After the first 4km a high pitch noise came from the hub when in pedal assist 1 and 2 and continuously when free wheeling. I returned from my bike ride and called my supplier who assured me a representative from ampere would call that day. No call was forthcoming so i called the supplier again. 2 days later i spoke with an ampere rep who agreed it was probably a problem with the hub. I was asked to take off the back wheel, pack it and return it to them (they organized pick up) this was tuesday and i was told to expect it back on thursday. I contacted ampere on the thursday to check delivery and was told it would now be friday. Today (friday) i contacted my supplier as i had been waiting in for delivery of my back wheel but it had not arrived. They contacted ampere and i have been told its now saturday. The aftercare from ampere has not been good, i have a wheel less bike and have had to cancel plans. It was only by me making contact that i knew that my bike wheel would not be returned for yet another day.

    Worst vehicle because of its very low weight and battery capacity. Worst quality. Please do not buy any battery vehicle. Please wait and search for good battery vehicle I purchased ampire zeal on the 11 of this month, show room person told me the mileage on full charge is 45 to 50 km only single but with no pillion .

    Service center is pathetic not even bother to solve the problem, instead only waste time. During 1 service i had problems with shock absorber and shattering while braking still not solved i had given them the bike for a day but no work was being carried out. I suggest no one should own the vehicle as you can't even sell the bike.

    The buying experience is the worst and the packing is bad in condition
    Ridiculous riding experience millage what has been promised while I was searching in internet and what I am getting now 30% less
    It was promised 100km per charge in economical mode but I never crossed 70km even in a single sketch.
    I complained several time and I was curious to look after the service manual that they provided and I found that 80+/- 5 km.
    Is it not cheating? until you buy the bike you couldn't see the manual.
    Now I am starting to search on the internet, it is now modified to range 80 to 100 km per charge.
    Mechanical design is the worst, screws are also at mirrors near footrest mudguards.
    Sometimes we need to press more than 2 times to power it on.
    Suddenly raising get down why don't know
    General service what they did is funny only wiring connections.
    Battery draining is the worst experience
    Breaks are giving gas blaster sounds
    If clean the bike you will see the water coming down under the seat. Where is ip protection?
    Vibration moments of shockers are awesome if you in a bad road you have to check entire bike once is there any screw or bolt got lost
    Charging time, wow it literally takes 7 to 8 hours which was promised 5 to 6 hours.
    Power charges more than fuel charges if you ride continuously.
    8 units charge approx 50rs including all charges.
    What are the benefits
    Service is worst ever.

  • Motor is bad

    The motor got rust inside within 11 months of purchase. There was no instance of keeping the motor under water which the dealer say not to do while selling the item. But still happened. And now after giving it to the dealer "nidhi ev world" it's over 1 month almost now and still have no update on when can be received the vehicle repaired. Horrible experience in terms of service and in terms of riding as well.

  • Bike is ok. Parts are not available

    Ampere reo bike is almost ok. Less expensive and easy for driving. But your servicing and maintenance are very bad. Spare parts are not available. My bike is almost 3 months break-down. Our dealer doesn't know the servicing procedure and has sufficient experienced staff for repair. I want a motor for my bike how can I get it!

    The vehicle is best but the spare parts department is updated. The overall price is the best but the service is not good.
    No service call reminder and no service schedule properly. Vehicle range from one single charge of fifty-five kilometers charging time of four to five hours and auto cut-off charger. Looking is proper vehicle is not a toy

  • Low quality product complete waste of money

    The service is horrible, the service guys only knows to argue & doesn't want to understand customers problem. The battery gave up in just 2 yrs. of ownership & the service center says their is no problem in the battery. The scooter barely runs 22-24 kms in full charge & the service center says it can run upto 50-55 kms.
    I raised the concern with ampere head-office, neither they are bothered about it.
