Bought this scooter in October 2022 and is still running well without any major problems. The seat is a bit uncomfortable and I do not recommend it for longer rides. The real-world range is around 90 km in eco mode and 70 km in sports mode. Takes around 7-8 hours to get fully charged. The body is quite strong and is reliable. It had a few small accidents but nothing major happened. Braking is good. The service experience was great. The staff was helpful and the three services which I had were all free of cost. In a nutshell, this would be a good choice for those who want a scooter that is reliable and strong and has to commute daily for smaller distances.

Do not charge with power sources which have fluctuating output. The charger might get damaged. The brakes needs to be tightened after every few months. Other than this no major maintenance required.

Initially 55 km in full charge. Later reduced drastically.Dealer select not good. Ask for extra money and not customer-friendly behavior and support. The mechanic is not good at a service center. 1 problem gives different reasons for the same issue.Dc2dc converter not working checked and said the wiring needs to change.Visited another dealer for the same problem asked me to replace the dc2dc converter which cost approx 2k.This part is online and available for between Rs 200 to 500

Decent ev with pathetic build quality

1. Buying experience is ok. Dealer is supportive and we'll informed and tries to take care of problems. Paid in cash for ready available color.2. Riding experience is pathetic. All parts are cheap and the quality deters the vehicle to function properly. Handle has come out thrice which is shameful to say the least, quality of this vehicle is comprised.3. Looks are good performance is as claimed by dealership. Top speed 55 kmph. Range 80-95 km per charge, charge time 5-6 hours.4. The vehicle required constant upkeep. And has seen the face of workshop 16 times in 7 months. The motor has been replaced once and more than 6 parts repaired and 3 parts changed and charged for during the same period in the run of a total of 5100 km .5. Pros- value for money, decent range, decent powerCons- cheap quality, immense upkeep, in warranty expenses for parts
