Really bad service

After 3 or 4 months of using this ev, I have faced issues with the battery 2 times, and the service given by the company is totally bad, I won't recommend this bike to anyone as you may face battery issues in the middle of nowhere, and the service support is so bad in Bhubaneswar, it's over a week or two, spending this much money for buying this crap is not worthy.

A nice daily commuter

I bought this scooter 2 monoths back for my daily commute of nearly 54km. The buying experience was average but what I like most is they call once in nearly 2 weeks to enquire about any problems with the scooter.I get an average of nearly 84km per charge and charging takes about 5 hours. I use it in both high and low-speed modes (mostly high-speed).The looks of this bike are almost like honda activa and are comfortable to ride. You get a boot space that accommodates my full helmet. A few things that can make it better are a more comfortable seat and a better build quality. But overall I am happy with the performance till now at 600km.
